The fuel tank is important,I think…it’s really a big part of the correct look..even a lot of the Honda cafe racers will have standard fuel tanks..no one wants to take the time or spend the bread, but in the end,it’s worth it…it’s more than low bars! Do you do much frame work on the Harley’s? Your profile is much more cafe racer than most Harley cafe racers.. the fuel tanks especially. Most I’ve seen just kind of look like a regular Harley with clip ons and a flat seat!
@@billyfranklin327 howdy Billy! Most frame mods are done under the seat, rarely do I modify the steering neck unless I want a fairing. I've used steel tanks in the past but aluminum is much lighter, sexier and don't need anti corrosion coating inside. The hard part is streamlining the seat, tank and headlight, especially on a Harley-Davidson
