Sadly, I was a bully in elementary school - high school. It breaks my heart now as an older adult because I never took interest in the stories and lives of those I was mean to. Trust me, Karma has more than adequately made me pay it all back. I am now a social worker who is an advocate for those who are abused and neglected. I work every day to pay off my debt of ignorance. God bless Robbie, you're a tremendous and strong individual!

I was bullied my entire childhood by my only brother so there were no breaks, not even at school.
I realised early on that I was gay and also very creative and expressive, loved music and wanted to be a singer but
Every move I made, every breath I took was scrutinised and ridiculed, I could never express myself or be an individual lest I copped abuse from him and most my family.
It was constant physical and mental, he is not aggressive now that he is in his 40s but he is still snide, foul mouthed, severely judgemental and repulsive in many ways.
the damage was done, it affected my entire being, the trauma from that ruined my ability to live a full life.
I was diagnosed with bpd and severe anxiety disorder at age 38.

I think Robbie is quite handsome, carries himself well and comes across as confident & wise beyond folks three times his age. I wanted to hear him play his guitar. If he practices & is good there’s a world of communication in those riffs!
Mark, please do a follow up & let us hear him play.
My son plays killer guitar & cant sing on key to save his life. But he’s in a local band that gigs most weekends. He’s lead guitar & the other guitarist sings. Drum & bass.
Music levels every field. Be great if Robbie could form, or become part of a band. The money ain’t good once you divvy it up. But it’s band mates, fun, & people dance, applaud & scream when you’re good. That from 30 or 40 people is as good as a screaming stadium.
Let us hear him play. “Would you hear my voice come through the music? Would you hold it dear, as it were your own?” (Ripple - Grateful Dead)

My son went through a bad patch from 14 - 18. Depression & rage. In a hospital they taught him to use the guitar to “vent.” It was almost funny. He’d be about to lose it, turn around mid sentence, go to his room & play LOUD. But it worked. And he got pretty good with all that “practice.”
      Whatever works. Whatever it takes.

Robbie: you are one of the coolest guys I've ever gotten to know! Your attitude is such an encouragement to me!
Mark: thank you for making it possible for me to meet Robbie!
Robbie: you mentioned that you know Jesus Christ. You are close to the same age that Jesus was when he laid down his life for us, making a way for us to make sense of this cruel world, through the love that he is showing us.
I didn't become a father until after 30. Trust me, there are girls out there that would love a nice guy like you. You've already beaten most of them, because they are jerks. You enjoy yourself as you go where Jesus didn't go, past 30 years old.
