Introducing the Gendron MRI Transport Wheelchairs, including the 4650MR and 4850MR models, designed specifically for the MRI suite. These wheelchairs have undergone rigorous non-clinical testing to confirm their MR conditional status, ensuring safe use within the MRI environment under the following conditions:
Static Magnetic Field: 3 Tesla or less
Spatial Gradient Magnetic Field: 720 Gauss/cm or less
Important Note: While these products are safe for use in the MRI room and near the scanner, they should not be used directly inside the MRI system, such as within the bore of the scanner.

Design & Construction: Our MRI wheelchairs are crafted from non-magnetic materials and are available in a sleek silver stainless steel or a distinctive blue color for easy identification. They support weight limits up to 850 lbs, making them a robust choice for various patient needs.
Comfort & Convenience: The wheelchairs feature durable black nylon upholstery that is both easy to clean and comfortable for patients. They come with easy-grip handles positioned for optimal maneuverability.
Adjustability & Customization: Enhance patient comfort with full-length padded arms that are removable for easier lateral transfers. The chair is available in two seat widths-20” and 26”-and offers adjustable back heights of 16” or 18”. Additionally, the tool-free, adjustable, swing-away footrests with durable black footplates ensure a customizable and comfortable experience.
Maneuverability & Safety: Equipped with 24” rear wheels with black hand rims for smooth and easy maneuvering, and standard wheel locks to secure the wheelchair in place. Rear anti-tippers are also included for added stability.
