I have procreate and for beginner it's pretty hard to use but now i can use it :'D
@@razorcutz4u i know, i've used ibis paint way before procreate and it's very hard to use procreate at first even tho you already know everything about ibis paint.
It doesn't deserve the hype, but is good. I like it but you can get something similar for free like autodesk, medibang paint or ibis paint x.
It’s honestly pretty easy to get used to compared to some other programs and it is pretty high quality.
The art is about showing your emotions, telling a story, teaching a lesson in one way or another and this video just creates a population of people that can not put emotions in their work.

Art isn't alway complicated and really does not has to be.
I’m a college art student and pal, you’re taking this too seriously. A tutorial is supposed to show features of a software and how to get to a general result, if people are gonna copy or make their own spin with those settings, it’s up to them.
And art doesn’t have to be that deep. I don’t know why is it so frowned upon to make stuff for funsies because you think some colors look cool together. It’s not like other types of art just vanish with the mere existence of abstract art.
When I overlay the duplicated layer, and then qualify, it doesn't look like yours, I don't know which part I am doing wrong

Ive benn having the same problem but just tips
-re-use older canvases the problem doesn't occur in older canvases(just copy paste an old canvas and reuse)
-try to use as few layers as possible(they seem to slow down performance too)
-alpha lock and hide the layers you don't currently need
-dont use anything as possible at large size it causes lag

Edit:I actually checked ibs on my phone and it seems to work :D! Thers still a little lag but its much better now!hopefully the same thing happened in your device

You can still make great art on ibs too and you dont need procreate and an ipad to "learn how to draw"many people actually prefer ibs paint over procreate so don't stop yourself by saying "i don't have this i don't have that"
(If you're struggling ibs paint has a yt channel where they have various tutorials on and they can be applied on and digital app)
