@@petergregory6185 He’s using an old version of procreate but I figured it out! Instead of black fill in your canvas with any colour, then use the chromatic aberration tool. Then continue with the rest of the steps
When you add the noise effect click the channel button on the far right of the setting box for the noise option and change it from a single to a multiple, this will change your channels to include colors as opposed to black and white!

I see that the “moving” effect happens when you slide the strength bar...how do you save this as frames in the animation? Or do you record the movement some other way into video format?

Using black makes the noise black and white. Took me a while to figure it out. So if anyone reads this out color behind it first!

How come when I do my noise it’s only black and white? Even when I zoom in I can’t see any colors🥺
you have to put noise into the multi setting :)
