Trent, I've loved airplanes ever since I was little. My dad is a CFI, and I've been learning from him slowly (I'm only 15. At this point I have 36.5ish hours. I hope to get my license on my 17th birthday). Your videos have made me want to go back country flying. I bring this up because I think one of the problems facing the aviation industry is that there isn't much impetus for flying. Back country offers destinations and experiences that no other hobby can give you. Thank you for the inspiration, and keep up the good work.
Back country flying in the lower 48 is taking off becuz of trent and the flying cowboys. But when I go to Fairbanks Alaaka to visit family its house hangar bush planes in the driveway lol. Fly safe dude. Hopefully next year i will make it to high sierra.

We had to stretch things out a bit like your doing now and got my private shortly after my 17 birthday. It’s worth the work and it sounds like your heart is in the right place. Just a word of advice from an ancient pilot. Take your time and do it right. Learn to fly the safe way and don’t push yourself or your airplane beyond limits. This can be the greatest adventure of your life, but respect it and all those who came before us. Good luck on your journey.
Trent I’ve been a pilot for over 30 years and am finally at a point in my life it’s time to buy an airplane. I’ve always figured I’d get a 172 but after discovering you and your friends I only want a bush plane. Thank you so much for your outstanding vlogs.

Man I love your videos! I’m an aviation student in Texas where I’ve gotten my private in a taildragger and absolutely love flying them! It has been a rough fall because I had to take time off from my flight training due to it being expensive, but by being able to watch your videos I’m able to live my love of aviation through your videos! They keep me focused on my goals in life and I know in time I’ll be fully rated and working towards having my own taildragger to go back country flying myself! Trent this was nothing short of total fun .... great way to start a Thanksgiving day ... watching trent and friends play... the colors were grand and let's not forget 20 practices to land... some call it fun others call it skill building... time playing with the sky! As an aspiring pilot in the UK, I love your videos Do you literally just pick out a spot and go “hey let’s just land there” I don’t think there’s anywhere in England that you could do that sadly One minute up at 5000ft landing in a mountain top (like faith?) Next landing on a patch of sand or a gravel strip, love that type of flying Keep up the awesome videos
You guys got better foliage than we got up here in MA this season. We've got 8" total rain/snow so far this month, and October wasn't much drier. Seemed like the leaves went from green to brown overnight - not many bright colors like there usually are. What a great spot you guys found there! Man, that thing is a performer now! Very Draco-like climb rate, at least that's how it looks from the ground. Must be a blast! 👍👍 Thanks for sharing your adventures, Trent! Had fun on this one! 🍻

Freedom Fox is looking gorgeous. I do like the new cowl shape. If you have room and time I would recommend flying in with a solar cooker. In an hour you could feed yourself and buddies. I got the Fondchy similar to Gosolar Sport. Have kabobs made in advance in light weight cooler. You'd be stylin' bro, as if you are not already.

Glad you are enjoying the updated souped up Freedom Fox! So numbers wise does that thing out climb all Carbon Cubs (including the lightest SS) at all altitudes? Or can they still get you at sea level or lower altitudes? I imagine the turbo is hard to beat high up. Great playground you guys have!

Another good vid Trent. Thing I love about the Fox is side-by-side seating - seems way better for CG when adding passenger. Cub tandem arrangement never seems as good to me. You sure find some great places to land. Fall colors super too.

I have spent many hours at the Lahontan Reservoir. Absolutely beautiful fall colors. After Labor day, one almost has the area to himself. Used to be excellent fishing until the Nevada Fish and Game got foolish and put the Walleye in there. Does the small tail wheel have any problems with the rocks along the river landings?
Great video i'm loving it, just wish I could stop being so afraid of what might go wrong so I could learn to fly, I hate my fears that are holding me back and keeping my feet firmly on the ground, feeling some what cursed. But in the mean time I am living the dream through your videos.
