Trent I’ve been a pilot for over 30 years and am finally at a point in my life it’s time to buy an airplane. I’ve always figured I’d get a 172 but after discovering you and your friends I only want a bush plane. Thank you so much for your outstanding vlogs.

I've loved airplanes ever since I was little. My dad is a CFI, and I've been learning from him slowly (I'm only 15. At this point I have 36.5ish hours. I hope to get my license on my 17th birthday). Your videos have made me want to go back country flying. I bring this up because I think one of the problems facing the aviation industry is that there isn't much impetus for flying. Back country offers destinations and experiences that no other hobby can give you. Thank you for the inspiration, and keep up the good work.
Back country flying in the lower 48 is taking off becuz of trent and the flying cowboys. But when I go to Fairbanks Alaaka to visit family its house hangar bush planes in the driveway lol. Fly safe dude. Hopefully next year i will make it to high sierra.
Baxter, My older brother was a CFI and took me flying when I was eight. I was smitten and never changed. I was lucky enough to land a line boy job at 14. And began my flight training. We had to stretch things out a bit like your doing now and got my private shortly after my 17 birthday. It’s worth the work and it sounds like your heart is in the right place. Just a word of advice from an ancient pilot. Take your time and do it right. Learn to fly the safe way and don’t push yourself or your airplane beyond limits. This can be the greatest adventure of your life, but respect it and all those who came before us. Good luck on your journey.

You guys got better foliage than we got up here in MA this season. We've got 8" total rain/snow so far this month, and October wasn't much drier. Seemed like the leaves went from green to brown overnight - not many bright colors like there usually are. What a great spot you guys found there!

Man I love your videos! I’m an aviation student in Texas where I’ve gotten my private in a taildragger and absolutely love flying them! It has been a rough fall because I had to take time off from my flight training due to it being expensive, but by being able to watch your videos I’m able to live my love of aviation through your videos! They keep me focused on my goals in life and I know in time I’ll be fully rated and working towards having my own taildragger to go back country flying myself! Thank you for bringing us with you on your adventures and introducing back country flying to us!

I don’t think there’s anywhere in England that you could do that sadly
One minute up at 5000ft landing in a mountain top (like faith?)
Next landing on a patch of sand or a gravel strip, love that type of flying

Trent this was nothing short of total fun .... great way to start a Thanksgiving day ... watching trent and friends play... the colors were grand and let's not forget 20 practices to land... some call it fun others call it skill building... time playing with the sky! Just wishing I could be flying on the other side and now in that glide slipping into that bar or tree covered path. This is so the way I love to fly and as I watch I want to try.. stay safe learn much be vigilant of your specks and keep greasing those landings. ED IN Phoenix writes .
Another good vid Trent. Thing I love about the Fox is side-by-side seating - seems way better for CG when adding passenger. Cub tandem arrangement never seems as good to me.

@Summit X So I have a friend that is 95. He can run 10kms with me. Slower than me but still runs. Can do 30 Burpees, Push up bit in on his knees but still does them, and his thinking is as clear as day. Smarter than my dumb ass. I am sorry for your Mother-in-law, I really am but to say that ageing is evil because her experience is not great is simply expressing the resentment you have over her situation. Take care of yourself and it doesn't have to end that way.
@Summit X I feel your pain partner. I took care of my monster-in-law for the last two years of her life, and by the time it was over we had become very very close. As much as we fought before that, it was surprising how bad losing her hurt. It's never easy bud, but it's our job as their kids to do for them what they did for us. Hang in there.

All those number of places could be a flying golf course...plant some grass for greens, land and chip to the hole, or just put in pins and play closest to the pin....lots of sand trap practice. LOL🛫🛬🏌🏾♂️😎
