I have been in and out of the RC hobby for 5-6 years now, mainly monster trucks in 1/10th scale. I have sold off many of my trucks and currently just have a Associated Rival MT10 (which I LOVE) and a Arrma Granite 3S BLX. Both are extremely fun trucks but need a lot of room to really rip around. I have looked at 1/10th crawlers over the years but never really considered one and I always just disregarded the smaller scales as being toys. Then, I found your website and started watching your reviews of the Axial trucks in 1/24th scale. I was truly blown away by the trucks and their abilities and I appreciated your honest, thoughtful and to the point style of review and telling your experiences in a way that were relatable to anyone in the hobby. When you reviewed the FCX-24, you really got me excited for the truck because YOU were excited for the truck and I could really see myself getting one of these. Keep up the good work, you've got a fan that will keep watching your channel!
Thanks so much for the opportunity to win the FMS FCX24, I’ve been wanting one of these so bad since you started reviewing them. Thanks for the great content and always answering my questions, your awesome.
I have a lot of these little trucks, I keep saying I'm not buying no more & then another one comes out that you just got to have! FCX24 is one of those🔥, I got to have!! Thanks for great content!
I have been saving for a fcx24 since they first appeared on your channel. Love your content and look for you daily just to find out what you are going to do next.. thankyou for all your hard work, sharing this hobby with so many ppl. Great job!
My grandson and I are sharing a FCX24. It’s holding its own against our other modded trucks. Finding ways to make this truck our own is fun. Enjoy all your tips and links to products used! Thanks
I think the FCX24 is going to have a great impact on our hobby in the long run. FMS has really stepped up their game in putting highly sought after parts like portals and a 2 speed transmission on their already classic hardbody RTR truck that came out of nowhere to compete with Axial for some of the market. FMS’s presence will hopefully make Axial better in the long run equating to better overall products for our hobby. I’m excited to see how this kind of tango between these two companies will unfold. Matt as always man, I love the content. I’ve been in the hobby from the beginning of this year and you are by far my favorite channel for up to date content that’s no bs and straight forward. I’ve bought tons of stuff that you’ve stood behind and it’s paid off in the performance I’ve gained and amount of fun that I’ve had. Thanks for all of your well explained insight on everything! I think that it’s great that you’re giving away something that you yourself has found so much fun in. That confidence speaks volumes in where the FCX24 stands now. We’ve always known they look good but now they actually preform as good as they look. One day I’ll have one in one way or another but no matter what please just keep on keeping on at 2FM RC!!
I really appreciate that! Awesome to hear you picked up the hobby and have been enjoying. Always glad to hear my recommendations have been good for you also. I try my best to make sure things are worth the money before i recommend them!
The FCX24 is a great little truck. Very little is needed to make it a surprisingly effective crawler. On the box it shows tracks, as a future option. Hopefully they follow through with them. They would be fun in the winter.
The FCX24 would make a great addition to the two scx24 I have. jus got into the hobby in Feb. having cerebral palsy, im limited with wat I can do but these things open up a whole new world to me. it is a blast. and I can get my "off road" fix in a safe way.
I just bought an FCX24 because of your channel. It comes tomorrow, already bought wheels and tires for it and going to do some of the other mods you made I saw on another video. Thanks for the videos.
I've been wanting to get an rc crawler for indoor driving and came across your channel. As you've pointed out, the FCX24 looks to be the perfect vehicle for someone like me who is just getting started in the hobby. Keep up the good work sir because you've sparked my interest.
FCX24 for the win! Two speed seems like it would be so much fun! And can still impress the little ones with some extra speed for bashing and crashing haha!
I am really stoked that the FCX24 is available as another option in the market, so far it seems like a solid rig. If nothing else it will help push the other manufacturers to step their game up.
@@benjim5 this is true they may have to to stay competitive if that’s what the people want. Although it would be sweet to have different bodies, some with portals and some with straight axle. Just to give the option to people.
That Furi chassis is nice. Good amount of holes. I wonder, regarding the esc holder plate, could those little tabs be bent down, drilled and tapped so a screw could be used to bolt it to the rails (drilling a hole where needed or using existing)? I didn't get a good look, so maybe the tabs are too small for that kind of mod. Nice that the skid plate is actually flat. Go figure..... a flat surface for sliding on. Who'da thought that made sense...? (Tongue firmly planted in cheek....)
The FCX24 looks really cool and looks like in handles well. The 2 speed with portals is something that I didn’t think would be possible with something this small. And I can’t wait to see what the aftermarket support is gonna look like for these
That Bronco was nailing it! Really like the stance. The FCX24 is pretty tempting. Looks like a good option as a small beginner trail truck with the 2 spd. Looking forward to what the aftermarket brings to the table.
I think the FCX24 is going to bring about a whole new lot of innovation. We've gotten so many aftermarket parts for the ScX, so I can't wait for the aftermarket of the FCX.
I been seeing these FCX24 all over the place would love to test it out over my modded out c10 sxc24… thanks for the chance man.. and love the video’s on these been seeming be the New Guy on the block.
FCX24 is an amazing truck. I might have to start developing a flat skid plate for it 🤔 and I do need a red one... This is reminding me of when the SCX24 came out and there were no aftermarket parts for it
Love how agile the FCX24 feels out of the box. The boost of speed in high gear helps clear some steep obstacles and make it fun to just drive around on flat ground too. Got a yellow one, and it already has a layer of redish brown paint underneath so you can scuff it up or sand it to look like it's rusting out without any additional paint!
FMS FCX24 - Man this truck looks like a beast! Have not seen one in person only via your channel but very impressed what they are doing right out of the box. It will be interesting to see if the consumer base is big enough to start seeing aftermarket parts? Anyways, great channel thanks for all you do for the hobby!
I was looking at the fcx 24, it would be an nice addition. I like the 2 speed, powerful servo and smooth start up. No need to replace servos and electronics from the get go. Thank you for the videos and chance to win.
Awesome I should be getting my grasshopper chassis, I also switched from aluminum to the carbon fiber and the brass skid plate transmission mount whatever
The fcx24 2 speed transmission and I like the tractor tires... I would definitely take everything off the fcx24 and move it to a new chassie And a few other Adjustments.. Anyways everyone have a great day and a great crawl...
Great video. I just got one of those FMS...so I'm not going to say the magic letters to enter, but I did watch all the way through. I'm 90% of the way through my aluminum Grasshopper build and wishing i'd kept it brushed after watching your video. I agree...the brass links have some heft to them. I have other brass links, but those definitely feel heavier. You had it handling great for a hard body bronco
Yeah just feeling the pack of those links man they feel much heavier than a lot of others I’ve had. Definitely gotta let me know what ya think of the fms! I’m loving them so far. Really appreciate the view!
Also, congrats on 10k. Glad to be apart of it. Your video on the Olypmus build inspired me to go with my plans of doing a build from scratch ( my first) and its coming along great.
Well, first rip outside and I busted a CVD axle on my RCAWD portals. Total bummer. Switching to straight axles on the bouncer, and portals on the jeep, once I get a replacement CVD
Loving the FCX24. Reminds me of my trx4 with the two speed. It’s a good thing axial is finally getting some competition in the small scale crawler world
Love the channel and all that you do! That new FCX24 reminds me of the 6x6 project I was going to do. tore every single part off the frame and was going to cut the frame down smaller but because of work and time I still havnt gotten to it yet, thats why it would be super dope if I won the FCX24 contest....Keep doin you brotha!
Thanks! It’s been a lot of work but it’ll be worth it. Can’t wait to finish it up. Then it’ll be on to tearing out the old and starting in that area lol
21:56 The crazy thing is Furitek had sliders for the Grasshopper! They were manufactured in aluminum and were in the initial product photos. Then, they just kind of disappeared. No idea why.
FCX24 is a strong competitor in todays market. With metal gears already available and modifications already being explored it could very easily climb to the top of its class!!!
I enjoy the two speed in the FCX24! I added foam to the tires, moved the electronics around, added a Cliffhanger body and ordered the metal portal gears. Just need metal steering links. : )
The FCX24 looks like it would be a rather good dedicated mud truck, which I feel we don’t see enough of at this scale. The combination of the 2 speed transmission and those tractor style tires would be really cool and hopefully pretty good at slaying some mud. As others have stated I can’t wait to see what the aftermarket come up with for these bad boys. I also hope it pushes axial to do something new with their 24th scale lineup (hoping for 1/24 Capra or wraith). I do also wonder since brands are starting to do 2 speed transmissions for 1/24 rigs if we will eventually get dig transmissions also. I think it would be cool.
I like that with no upgrades or very few, the FCX24 can be extremely capable!! The FCX24 in red would be amazing. I think i told you i ordered my FCX24 through your link. I got the yellow but Man, wish I would have ordered the Red I think now. That Red FCX24 looks super nice!! I hope I do win it!!! Thanks for all the great videos my friend..
I think I’m most excited about the transmission and portals on the FCX24 the hard body would be really awesome to paint and look cool. Would really like to take pictures of it and mess around.
Fcx24 is perfect for us Floridian’s. It’s too hot to really wheel outside. This would be perfect for inside crawling. Like your videos. I’m learning a ton.
FCX24. Planning to turn my current one into a farm truck with a wood stake panel bed, while remaining relatively stock. Really like the little truck as it is, honestly. BUT, I am looking forward to the aftermarket parts to start dropping, so want another truck to build into whatever it's capable of being with the right stuff changed...
I really like the two speed on the FCX24. There are a lot of sections I could really use more wheel speed than the SCX has. I’m also loving your latest FCX build with the extended wheelbase. The Grasshopper chassis looks like a great way to make the Bronco more capable. I might have to get one Thanks for the vid
Matt i consider you as being the FCX24 God father.. Your honest opinion even had fms releasing metal portal gears within hours/days. You've got me hooked but the funds are holding me from pulling the trigger! Keep grinding away on these vids my dude they do help..
FCX24 Man, what an awesome new product to the market. I’m excited to see the waves ripple through the 1/24 scale world as these things start getting tricked out and pushed to their limits. What a cool little truck! Thanks for sharing bro! You’re awesome and have earned your 10k subs. Keep it up, brother!
FCX 24 I just got back from Silver Lake Sandune‘s lake Michigan, had a blast took my bronco and my FCX 24 power wagon with, Wow was the power wagon fun on the sand dunes. The two speed transmission is awesome also the super slow crawl is what I love to do but when needed yeah to speed get you there, I’ve had no issues it is awesome out of the box in my opinion. Also my little bronco and I did take my LMT gravedigger oh what a blast. Appreciate you sharing can’t wait to get my grasshopper chassis since you got yours mines should be here soon, catch on the next one is ready peace and chicken grease 👍👍😎
I have been loving the modding of my scx24s. So of course I would love to try the FCX24 the 2 speed gearbox sounds great and would save having to go 3s on the scx to get the wheel speed
Really like the look of the FCX24 but started off with SCX24s because of the availability of aftermarket accessories. Might need to pull the trigger on one of these in the future. Unless O win a free one. 😊
I’m getting my grasshopper chassis installed in my bronco, wish you had video showing how hook up upper links I am having a heck of a time, I guess you have to run a screw and nut to secure any help I appreciate
@@2fmrc yes it came with the little nuts, how in the heck do you get those little nuts on the inside of the frame rails with everything in the way I did get the upper links connected running the screw from The inside out and put The nut on, hooking the stock shocks up didn’t know the threads are different on the stock shocks broke the screw trying to thread into that aluminum brace with the Magnet bracket wish I had Left it alone
The FCX24 looks like a beast, and a two speed in such a small car is pretty awesome. The only one I know that is smaller and has a two speed option are the Orlandoo Hunter trucks. I'm running two speed in a few WPLs, but those are quite a bit larger than the FMS, and from what I've seen in you running the fms, not nearly as capable.
I have been debating if I want to add an FCX24 to my little crawler garage and your videos have been a huge help. I will probably grab one but figured I might as well throw my hat in the ring for the giveaway. Thanks!
I like the fcx24 because it’s good stock and I love the two speed transmission! Seems like it doesn’t need a lot of upgrades but has some very cool possibilities in the future
Just noticed your chop-top in the back ground! Those FCX24 pizza cutter wheels look awesome on it! Just need them painted white or black! (Still would love a Lex or plastic version of that body!!!)

The FCX24 having the two speed has got to be the biggest thing! The body detail is awesome too.

I have been loving the modding of my scx24s. So of course I would love to try the FCX24 the 2 speed gearbox sounds great and would save having to go 3s on the scx to get the wheel speed
That red FCX24 kinda reminds me of my Gramp's old dump truck when I was a kid. Be cool to do a old style wood dump box on it.
the bbs is an awesome idea!
Really like the look of the FCX24 but started off with SCX24s because of the availability of aftermarket accessories. Might need to pull the trigger on one of these in the future. Unless O win a free one. 😊
Fcx24. I really want to experience that speed!!!
FCX24 FCX24 FCX24!! I’ve got a 1/18th Alfa Romeo Monaco GP body and desperate to use one of these as the base for the build!! They’re fantastic
I really love how capable these fms fcx24 are. I would love to win this! Thanks for all you do!
FCX24 look really good, I wonder if plastic gears are okay for long term occasional crawling.
I am really amazed how capable the fcx 24 is out of the box with the 2 speed. I been looking at fthem to add to my fleet.
I still yet to grab. FCX24. Soo I’m praying to win one!! They look badass that 2 speed is something I gotta try out
I’m getting my grasshopper chassis installed in my bronco, wish you had video showing how hook up upper links I am having a heck of a time, I guess you have to run a screw and nut to secure any help I appreciate
Yes it should have come with some little nuts. Run the screw through them and bolt them on the other side.
How do you hook up your stock shocks the threads must be coarse thread I just don’t understand
@@andrewrichey7374 I ran my shocks into the magnet post towers. They have threads in them
@@andrewrichey7374 I use a little tweezer tool to hold the nut on the inside. They are a pain though. I ran my shocks into the magnet mount brackets
The FCX24 is the best 1/18. I never thought I'd get a 1/18 but I'd love to have one of these. Scale aside, it checks all of the boxes.
I've recently got into the 24 scale RC's and absolutely love the FCX24 awesome channel 👍
I have been debating if I want to add an FCX24 to my little crawler garage and your videos have been a huge help. I will probably grab one but figured I might as well throw my hat in the ring for the giveaway. Thanks!
Man I want one of those FCX24’s. It will be nice to have something really different from the scx24’s
I like the fcx24 because it’s good stock and I love the two speed transmission! Seems like it doesn’t need a lot of upgrades but has some very cool possibilities in the future
I would love to try an FCX24 on my home course!
As of yet i do not hqve the fcx24 but im lovin that 2 speed transmission! Cheers from James' rc garage
Fcx24 I like the two speed and portals great videos
I like the 2 speed transmission on the FCX24 and can you send the link for the battery. I only saw the link for the frame.
Yep! Sorry. Been in an area with no service lol.

@@2fmrc Thanks
The FMS FCX 24 looks great. Might have to purchase one in the near future.
Just noticed your chop-top in the back ground! Those FCX24 pizza cutter wheels look awesome on it! Just need them painted white or black! (Still would love a Lex or plastic version of that body!!!)
Watch all your videos on the fms fcx24 , looks great, 👌
Really appreciate that! Let me know if ya wanna see something particular and I’ll try my best!
I would love to get an FCX24 for me and my daughter to play with. She has taken over my c10 lol. The 2 speed has me excited to run one.
