The game "Hi-Fi Rush" was basically shadow-dropped w/little to no advertising. It was celebrated as an instant classic. Forspoken got a huge budget and tons of advertising, and it crashed and burned, taking the studio with it.
It's a shame because Hi-Fi Rush's rhythm mechanics and Hack-n-slash gameplay fit together so well. I had hoped for a possible sequel or to see what else the studio might come up with.
The “languages are the same” line honestly pisses me off because it’s something that could’ve been interesting in her and the cuff’s dynamic if he was translating, but instead they just wanted an excuse to not have to ever have the npc’s speak anything other than english
Sucks for every other language on the planet that I guess didn't transfer across dimensions. Imagine if the main character could only speak Dutch or Vietnamese
It’s so insane they had all the intro and the entire other world gimmick just to explain why their main character talks in millennial soy dialogue cliches

That might mean that: A: the victim knew you stole it and took it back. B: the thing was already stolen more than once C: the thing might be important enough to someone important. Someone you shouldn't mess around with, Stealiqua!
