The J20 is not even close to making the USAF nervous, we also have the flying computer the F-35, not to mention the F-16X which is in production. The J-20 is not a worry.
Well in the end you can face the same issue like the germans in ww2, it is quantity over quality and when china could send 15 vs 1 Team Blue is still screwed. I do love the F-22 though.

I'd do a orbital transfer integrated spin jetting and another thing I'm not saying for the pilot that you could literally flip it turning out but gyroscopicaly the pilot could be shooting out but why would you need to when a orbital gun would work. I'll tell u why is you could literally with magnetic assisted jetting do a complete transfer for a differng angle or go vertical in spin directions. A reverse flow angular variation could be done.
