I loved both of my 5805 amps, but both failed at exactly 6 months. Maybe I am tougher than the HALT test? I upgraded to a 585.5 and it has been trouble free.
I plan on getting the 5101 by end of year.

No longer Madrigal Audio Labs, not the same quality anymore. TT basically built by VPI for ML - hence the premium.
Looks like a clearaudio arm. Not bad.
Two things: A legendary high-end brand like Mark Levinson, why on earth do you guys release a video in such horrible grainy quality? Second: What happened to the iconic white "pill" buttons? The LP player would look a thousand times better with those three black buttons swapped out for the beautifull white ones. I had several M.L products back in the day and it was a joy to listen to, touch and look at.
The 5101 is for sure a good media player - at least the hardware part. However the SW is pretty poor and there is some frustration amongst the users. Just look at the devastating Apple App Store comments for the Harman MusicLife app. I also do not get it, why there are two different apps to control the 5101. As long ML is not able to deliver an app at a quality level that matches the price point of this player I won‘t become a ML customer…
