I had a bad wire somewhere on my 99 teg. Parked for coffee came back wouldn’t start cranking and waiting then cranked and bam stopped thought everything seized but hydro locked with fuel. With the key just on position would full out spray everything it could. Sold the car and the guy ran 4 new wires to injectors to the ecu I gave and it’s ran since. Bad wire somewhere. I wish I could bring both my 98 JDM Integra to you hunter they both need work :(
I don’t really understand why or how people can spend a ton on parts. Then cheap out on the tuning equipment. I mean Neptune is reasonable as hell. Why use Crome which has a ton of bugs and is not supported. Also major props to you for always going the extra mile for your customer.
Sick get it done :). There’s a guy near me selling a itr transmission for $800 CAD. Too bad too far and too much. I got one of the shortest geared hydro trannys. I forget the code now but kinda sucks 100km just over 3200 130km 4300 on my p72 cruising 140km hits vtec just sucks the gas
@@HunterTuned ya ive had that same thing happen to a customers car after like 2 weeks of him having it back after i tuned it and he was blaming my tune for going bad because his engine was hydro locked and full of gas tunes dont just go bad lol somthing mechanical has changed lol quit blaming the tuner for your china shit not working
So all you had to do was depin and repin the clip and plug it in you didnt have to cut the wires just a fun fact you can even depin the clips from a ef and use those clips if needed aswell they are the same size pins
Hunter, you know that you're my boy and shit, but for the love of God, PLEASE boost that B18B1 or B20 that's in that EK sedan and just see how much power you can make before she shits the old bed. You and I both know that would make for good content and there would be alot of interest in it. Put an eBay kit, or even the manifold and turbo from your hatch in it and send her from low boost to however much she can handle on the dyno. It'll challenge your tuning capabilities as well as show all of the Honda hating dickhats just how easy it is to make power out of a stock Honda engine. It might even help to inspire some of the Honda heads to boost their cars and have some fun. I'm not telling you what to do with your own car, it's just a suggestion, but you know that it would be alot of fun. I made 412 whp on a bone stock B18B1 with PR4 internals with a built head, but you know that's pretty damn good for a B series stock rotating assembly. How many people have you seen say 350 crank HP at the most? Come on bro, you know it's a good idea.
So why did Kyle from boostedboiz have a resistor box on his h22 that he melted his piston in before his current motor when he could’ve just ran high impedance injectors and could’ve avoided melting a piston because a wire came loose off the resistor box?
I have never had any luck with any size RC injector. I had RC 650s in my Talon and they were damn near impossible to tune and kept giving issues, so I just swapped Bosch 1000s into it and it ran mint. Now I'm running Grams 2200cc injectors.
Low impedance matches the chrome lol. Man needs to update to 2023! Great info on why the newer stuff is better for some of the guy’s learning.

Use the GSR trans out of the new EK for the CRX and do custom hydro conversion.
Alot of people use that resistor plug as a type of kill switch

So in your opinion, which style of injectors are best? High or low Z, for tunability and atomization??
I prefer high impedance I feel they run smoother
