What a well laid out and crisp video! Thanks for making it! I'm diagnosing something similar on my w221.

    hello,
    thanks for your clear informations.
just a point, may you please tell us between wich pins you got the voltage value on plugs? (wich number?)
i got trouble on my parking sensor on my w210 early production.
may you tell me if the computer may read these faults or not (1998)?
    thanks again.

It would be cool to see what's inside of those sensors...

I got a fault code B1249 but it seems on my w204 it's a left middle sensor. I replaced the sensor but the dreaded code keeps coming back, voltage the same on the loom as on others, what could be the culprit?

Did you try the WD40 trick first? A quick spray seems to displace water and cure it

What scanner tool is that? My cheap ones definitely can't identify parking sensor issues

On W220 is it necessary to remove headlight to change the sensor?

@doit_vehicles I have a 2015 GL63. The led sensor on dash has 2 led on on each side the minute I put it on drive than shuts off. The fault code I’m getting is B125823 (the center right front distance sensor has a malfunction. No signal change: voltage level is too low) But when I check data stream for sensor voltage it shows 8.40 volt. Anything else I can check? Thanks.

Hi , try the old trick: swithch the sensors betwen themselves and see if the error is on the other sensor

@@doit_vehicles yes. I tried moving the center left sensor to the center right sensor and cleared code. Than put on drive and same code popped up. Didn’t try the sensor on the side corner though.
