I'm on my way to Nashville, $$$ in hand to buy a new guitar. Why stop at 1, I think I'll purchase a new guitar at each stop along the way. Now that's how to build a nice collection of guitars and great memories!
Nice tour, Brad, thanks. To me, if it takes a few weeks to get a repair back, that's reasonable. It says they're good, but they're busy. Some of the places I've been will let you pay to jump the line if you need something back like for a gig or something.
@@badbrad Rats, TCS is so cool. They carry stuff you won't find elsewhere, have a neat performance/recording room, and you can even shoot a game of pool. I'm pushing for an open bar. 😁
I know you were covering the big dogs but Fanny's was a great place to pay a decent price on a used guitar and some vintage amps. I do miss Rok Bloks guitars. They got Deussenbergs in there when Mike Campbell started using them but they had the best pedal selection, guitar hardware and easy place to buy hardware and cable to make custom cables with George L stuff. My Dr Z Stang Ray started out there in. 2008.
Great video and recommendations sir. I live 4 hours away, but may have to visit to see Gruhns. I like all of the stores. My old high school friend has a little store named after his mother, but I cant remember the name. 😂 I am old though. I am like you. I like new guitars. I even like run of the mill guitars. If it has great frets, nut, bridge, trem, etc, and speaks to me, no matter the price I will buy it if I need a guutar. Hope you are doimg well Brad. I wish we could jam together. We play very very similar music and I am about the same age I would guess. I am probably a little older actually. 😂. I am 62.. I used to he young and handsome. Now I am just handsome. 😂 Be well sir.. Regards from South Central Indiana. Tim. ❤
Thanks Tim. Any guitar is a good guitar in the right hands. We are doing pretty good over here. Big changes on the way tho. Stay tuned and thanks again!
BadBrad - do u happen to know Travis LeDoyt - the ELVIS showman from Nashville? my family (daughter is an 18 yr old Elvis freak;-) recently saw Travis' show here in an Atlanta suburb .Absolutely fantastic - 5 star-
Maybe it’s because I live in Nashville, but I hardly ever go to most of these shops because most folks can’t afford anything they sell. Nice for tourists or pros, but otherwise there’s not much to see.
Carter's Vintage and Rumble Seat are my favorites. Awesome places that got the goods!
They are both awesome for sure!

That sounds like a plan. I’ll have em save you a parking spot!
I like the awesome wall art at Gruhn! So much new, vintage and used stock at these Nashville guitar stores, nice to see it all.
It really is a sight to behold!
Cool vid
Thank you!!!
Love it, well done👍👍🤘🎸
Thank You

Thanks man! Yeah I think they might do that if you need a rush job.
I buy all my stuff on Facebook/Reverb…but if I lived in Nashville I’m sure I would go to those stores…!
I hear ya there but yeah these spots are cool to check out.
When I was looking for an Eastman LPJ model, I could only find 2 anywhere in the country and one was at Corner Music.
It's a cool shop.
Absolutely fantastic have a wonderful day also what is your favorite year from the 2010s ❤😊
Thanks! Every year is a gift.
You need to check out the new Tone Central Station on Trinity Lane. AWESOME! Nothing else like it in Nashville.
I’m in Florida now…..

I heard a rumor Fanny's is closing....Loved Rock Block...was sad to see it go.
@@badbrad Fanny's was always in prime real estate area.
Yeah that is true
Great tour thanks 🎸
Glad you enjoyed it!
My favorite guitar store ws World Music in Bellevue. They closed down though.
Man hadn’t been there in a long time use to go a lot. Did not know it was closed. I always liked Guitar Heaven in Antioch that was a great store.

I don’t know him. Sounds like he is stellar.
Subscribed 👍. Just found ya. Great content 👍
Thank you!
Eastside Music Supply is where to go for pedals
They do have a great selection

I stopped going because I had what I needed.
Swap out Guitar Center for Gibson Garage.
Not a bad idea but they only sell Gibson and Kramer and Epiphone
@@badbrad But it's an experience. The 100 Oaks GC is always kind of beat when I go in there.
Not in the platinum room....
👍👍
Thank you 🙏
I guess no basses really😮
They all have a lot of basses except for Rumble seat.
Everything is locked up at Guitar Center. Bad vibe…..
