As the CEO of Google and Microsoft are Indian, India is being forward in tech world, but they had to go to US to become successful as India lacks opportunities. Indians are becoming CEOs not Founders, that's concerning because there is not nurturing environment for techies present in India.

The Indians working in these western companies need to come back to India, and innovate for Indian infrastructure, software, and marketing
that way, India as a whole can benefit from innovative Indian minds,
rather than these western companies benefiting from our Indian minds

    • @adhyasarna1006

See, you know when you said "Excluding PM Modi" that right there is faulty logic. You are trying to say that everyone in the country is against in grown talent except the PM and he STILL got a majority. Corruption, Edu System, Reservation The Mind Set of Indian politicians are all valid points. But if you have been following the political news for the past few weeks, it just doesn't seem that he is a national leader. It seems like his first priority is being a politician and his party and for "World Leaders" nation and it's unity comes first. And as far as talents go, it the leaders are too busy campaigning, desh kaun chalayega?

Indian government doesn't provide funds to research. We have 0.4% of our gdp in research while developed nations spend 4-5 %.
Thats the reason of lack of opportunities in India and that's why Indians leave for better opportunities. As long as government does not provide funds no one will come back.

Instead let government bring one child policy which will be solution to all problems. It is good to know that more indians work in IBM than americans, but isnt that wrong. If i were working in IBM i would have a feeling that i am replacing some american to get that job even though i might be more talented, then isnt it justified that americans feel the way they do for indians and is it wrong? and shouldnt we be building a company like IBM ourselves?

    • @hem18911

Not necessarily, we need a change in thinking here. Before the world wars anyone could travel to any country and work/live there, open mobility. National identity was not that strong. If more Indians are in IBM it's because they are good at the job, else they would have been fired.
Problem with starting big companies in India is 1. Capital, who has money and who will lend you money
      2. Too many rules in starting companies. America allows bankruptcy for companies, so if they fail, they get a free pass, don't pay back all the debt and can continue or start another company, all the while their personal property cannot be touched. So they remain rich to start another venture...you will be destroyed in India.

Don't worry sir at some part of your life you will realize that you miss now. But at some part you right that we all always gets surprised by the facts about the results for the things done by us in the past, But only when all of us can realize the powerful things we can do before doing that job not after seeing the results at that point the world will see the true power of India and Indians.

You should be ashamed of spreading these kinds of utter lies. Any court up to Supreme Court could not convict Modi in the infinite cases filed by Congress until they were in power! What do you think, that all the Justice Processes Congress used all there muscles, that too when they were ruling India in the Central govt. could not wrongfully malign this pure man who wishes well for all 1.25 billion people which for Any Congress person is even not possible to think about this best thought, could not convict NAMO in any of those infinite cases has done anything wrong?
You should be very much ashamed of, as NAMO includes you too in - "Sab Ka saath, Sab ka Vikas"
