For those needing to buy a bunch of weapons because you just found out how u need to get ending C, go to the old man at the sea front that's all about fishing. Do every single quest for him, your fishing skill will go really high and make getting expensive fish easy and super fast. The best place to fish once ur at max skill, is the eastern path, use earthworms and you'll end up catching royal fish (worth 4k gold) fast constantly, and also some giant catfish(worth 2.5k gold) or smth
I agree 100% and that's exactly what I did on another video showing people the best way to farm money is the Royal Fish

Lucky gold is pretty easy but as for the upgrade materials that's a different story
Killing robots and selling the parts is way quicker
I'd advice farming. Buying some rice seedlings, bounty fertilizers, waiting for a day and you have around 40k. Its longer to wait, but much less time spend with your active participation.
Faith Can Be Purchased in the Arie in the Second half of the game in case you missed it in part 1
I missed it twice on my first run of the game. But went to Aerie ASAP on my second run/route B, and the shopping site is available there as early as when you are able to leave your town and will be there until a certain event.

Its ok.. its a japanese vn game with random short stories and a good main quest... not great. Just good ..
A really efficient way to take down the armored shades is using the spear spell and then striking the enemy; this will cause them to fall on their back and after their stun animation you can press O to inflict massive (if not one shot) damage.
I usually sprint and use heavy attack once with a 2 handed sword which does an upward swing which usually knockdowns enemies amd you can do a finisher on them

@@apexgear2340 you can knockdown more enemies though, and non charged dark hand is faster than upwards jump heavy attack since you will still have to string combo it to a downwards heavy attack to land quicker then do the finisher move.

You can purchase the spear sunrise from the weapon store at the aerie during ending B when you go to investigate what they know about the shadowlord. I am unsure but i think i also purchased the sword, faith, there as well when i missed it in ending A

The Labyrinth Shout mission is tedious as hell lol but i pushed through it somehow.
And it also turned out to be worse than almost every other spear...
So is it worth it to do all this grind for a few cutscenes or should I just watch it on TH-cam?

I started ending B, but I missed my chance to complete the "Damaged Map" quest and the shop guy in my village won't give it to me again. Do I have to progress through this story and it'll pop up again or do I have to start a brand new save?

For the labyrinth song quest do I need to do that before the time skip or can I do that after? I’m on ending c rn and I have to collect all the weapons and the guys with the quest arnt there is there a way to get the quest or do I have to restart the game?
you can do it after getting the second part main quest of facade done, after doing it you go to the guards and do A Shade Entombed, after you can talk to the king and start the quest for the sword

Hi, i just finished my first playthrough and it seems i missed a couple of weapons which are Iron Pipe and Phoenix Sword... what do I need to do to get them? Will this affect my ability to play ending C?
i got iron pipe after finishing ending C (you get to play as the Nier you saw in the beginning of the game) and you're holding the iron pipe
I missed a few weapon in the first half of the game before the 5 years time skip. Is there a chance later on in the game for me to go back and collect them, or do I have to start a new save file completely?

So I missed a couple weapons from the first act and they were not appearing on the Aerie shop. Ended up using a save file editor to give myself the weapons. Recommend other people to do the same since while this game has a good story, it has it’s many flaws with not telling the player what is completely missable. The grind for items is also terrible due to how repetitive it becomes.
Can i farm those weapons before finishing ending b ?
Or i should beat ending b then work on those weapons ?
I try to get everything done early on so in this video I got every single weapon except for the last three during your first playthrough which is ending A. after that the start of ending B you will be able to get the last three weapons

you can talk to the fortune teller over and over again which you're going to need some materials from the smaller shades. just complete the quest first which becomes available after you get all of the fragment pieces

no it's a bonus weapon. so you collect all 33 from this video then you'll be good to go and then when to get to ending e you'll get that bonus weapon

Had to reload to get the Phoenix sword but I I got it now I need to find like a couple more I'm at 84% weapon collection but it seems like you can buy or still get the ones you miss in the 1st half of the game.
yes if you missed it in the first part you can buy them in the second part

So I noticed I have 32 that I counted, and there are 2 more that can be bought in seafront and the one in the diary on the last door and my progress is 84%. Do I need 100% or just 33 weapons? Cause there’s definitely more than 33
you need the 33 on the list that I'm showing you for the trophy or achievement. then number 34 you will get a weapon during ending E
Maybe you have the YorHa weapons in your stash but they dont count to the 33 weapons
I missed getting faith from the mayor is it available for purchase in the aerie after ending b
yes but make sure you do not get the fragment for that area otherwise you won't be able to purchase it
Okay I need some support here, I did the a shade entombed quest on my first run and now I'm on my run for ending C(literally just got ending B haven't got the fragments)and the king isn't on the roof of the mansion do I have to get to a certain point for him to speak up there for the next quest to get the weapon
Oh the weapon is the labyrinth's song it's the last one I need
after you complete the king's quest where you get the fragment then he should be on the rooftop. I don't know if you have to redo that shade entombed Quest

I’m on the second act with adult Nier and i miss some weapons because i’m dumb (lily leaf sword, iron pipe ect) and i know I can get them from sellers in the Aerie or whatever but I think I just got to the mission where shades invade Aerie and destroy the town so um the bridge to Aerie is broken and theres nobody around???? Just finish the game and load your save file and immidiatly go to the Aerie

that's a good question because if you don't complete the quest during that ending then there's a chance you might miss out. but the one you're talking about you can buy from the shop in Aerie

when I did this I picked up the last three weapons at the start ending B so I had to play through that ending and start a new play through before I was able to unlock ending C

shoot you might have to wait until you get to ending B and just go over there and buy it from the Villager
