Hi, what a great video! Could I ask why you put plastic linings inside the nostrils? I am just starting to pick up taxidermy.

Hi Lauren. Thanks for watching. I jam plastic into the nose to push the inside skin to the walls till they dry. Later on I remove them and finish the inside of the nose with epoxy and then airbrush.
