My screen on a Ecosport 2021 which has Sync 3, its all broken just like a phone would look like, does the digitizer makes it look like that or is the whole LCD ??
My touch screen works. If i can get lucky with the location of the buttons i can get by. The screen is dark though. What could be the problem?

Could this be why at times (most of the time) the touch screen will not work? Display is on, but not able to program. It works eventually
Sometimes your touchscreen is bad
This is what I do before I replace the touchscreen
i always unplug the Radio and the screen For 10 min
Sometimes it just needs a good old fashion reset.
@@chcarstereo5575 I’ve been doing the soft reset with radio control on-off and selector. It works sometimes. I’ll try your suggestion. Thank you

Hi yes there are 2 different screens
The 1st screen is the part you touch
The 2nd screen is the screen that you see the picture on.
If you can see a picture then you only need the touchscreen the 1st screen

If you replace that whole box with a brand new one does it have to be reprogrammed.
No programming needed if you replace the screen or the whole box
You only need to program the module that connects to the box
