One small tip - don't edit the way you are at 7:30 mark, for speeding up the process of compiling all the clips you just cut, check the ''CLOSE GAP'' shortcut in the keyboard section. For me it was a big game changer for any type of editing! :) Much love
Yeah don't worry, as I said later in the video, I use the keyboard for most things myself. I did it this way in the screen recording to keep it as simple as possible visually.
@@BeyondTheGame_E Got you! But hey, maybe someone will see this comment and speed up their process of editing. I know I saw it on some ''tips for filming wedding'' video 3 years ago and it has been helpfull a lot since then.
Hey there 👋🏽 I don’t really have ressources specific to boxing but there are a few boxing videographers in our ‘sports videography community’ Facebook group. I’m sure they would all be very helpful if you have any questions or need advice.
Hi I love the videos you make I'm just starting now making sporting content and I'm trying to get a good quality camera on a cheap piece. Would you recommend a gopro to record a two hour game ?
Depends what you’re trying to achieve. If you just want to record the game for coaching purposes, a GoPro is fine. You’ll need more than one battery for two hours though. But if you want to produce a hype reel, GoPros are not great. You need a camera with a lens that allows you to zoom in, to get high-quality close ups.
What do the volleyball sound effects sound like? We exclusively shoot volleyball stuff for our daughter right now and would like this, but I want to know what the sounds are before buying.
There are a multitude of spikes, bounces, blocks and various ball handling SFX. The whoosh transitions and the atmosphere SFX are also helpful for volleyball.
If Filmora doesn’t have guides, you can always import a plain color image. Put it on your timeline full size twice. Resize the width of one to 2 pixels and resize the height of the other to 2 pixels. Now you have a vertical and a horizontal guide.
I am a football mom and want to help my son het some great video edits of his games. I need a camera, good software just everything lol. Also I want to start on the the teams year video playback. What camera should I get? Also do I have to be on the field for this?
What’s your budget? And yes, the closer you are to the action, the better it will look. So you’ll get a much better result from the sidelines than from the stands.
Just thinking since I noticed you scale into your videos a lot so assumed you recorded in 6k/8k. I know 4k allows you to scale in a fair amount before compromising quality but I figured because you’re record on fields and courts and getting wide angles you are using higher resolutions
Thank you 😊 but unfortunately that’s not a service I offer. You should join our ‘sports videography community’ Facebook group and ask someone in there.

That football pass-run analogy for the keyboard-mouse was so beautiful. As a software engineer, I can attest that this is true in my field too.

great video again - I wonder where I can turn on guides on my Avid composer? 😅
Not sure 🤔 I haven’t used Avid in probably 12-15 years! But it is a very professional platform so I’m sure there is an option somewhere.
Hey can you tell me how to make the first effect that breaking glass one? which is on 0:43 seconds
That broken glass is an overlay. You can find plenty of them on websites like Motion Array and Storyblocks.
which shutter angle did you use for the tracking clip?
I can't remember exactly but I probably shot that at 120fps with a 1/320 or 1/400 shutter speed.
Dope

@Beyond the Game wow alight then. Thank you so much. I'll try to get a better camera that can last up for two hours then
What software bundle is the glass break Effect on? Also does the effect works on CapCut/ DR
Unfortunately, it's not part of my bundle. It's an overlay that I got years ago but I don't know where I got it.
what's the keyboard model you showed at the last of the video? can you please tell, i'm looking for a similar type of wireless keyboard
It’s the latest Apple keyboard.
hey can you share what’s your colour profile display macbook for editing?
I just stick to the default settings of whichever screen I'm using.

Brother can you tell me which font you have used in the starting of your video ?
It’s called Montserrat. I use it all the time!
Im guessing you are shooting in 60fps +, but what is your timeline and export settings?

view button for guidelines doesn’t even pop up when im on capcut, is it because im on a macbook?
No it's because you're on Capcut. In this video I was using Premiere Pro.
@ ok thanks
How do I get the guides on capcut
I don't think there's an actual guide option in CapCut but you can create your own very easily this way th-cam.com/video/qPkKWIBU-z8/w-d-xo.html
3:50 what song is that?
Dumby - Timothy Infinite
@@BeyondTheGame_E thanks!
what laptop can i use for these edits ?
I've been on Mac for the past 15 years. So, I would personally recommend a MacBook pro M1. But on the PC side, I have no idea.
Is this done with capcut?
It can be. But the editing platform you see in this video is Premiere Pro.
@@BeyondTheGame_E Thanks heaps bro love the work, viewing From New Zealand ❤️❤️
So are you recording in 8k or something ?
Not at all. What makes you say that?
Just thinking since I noticed you scale into your videos a lot so assumed you recorded in 6k/8k. I know 4k allows you to scale in a fair amount before compromising quality but I figured because you’re record on fields and courts and getting wide angles you are using higher resolutions
@@Rez232 oh I see... But no I film everything in 4K. The cost of 8K in cards and hard drives alone would be way out of my budget.
