Fractionated Coconut Oil

Why was fractionated coconut oil the first carrier oil that we added to our DIY Beard Oil Kits?
Well, fractionated coconut oil is great for beards, it plays nice with other oils, you can buy it anywhere that sells essential oils, and it's in pretty much everything that has to do with skin or hair. For all of those reasons (and because it's cheap) fractionated coconut oil is the first ingredient in most home recipes.
