- Warm Potato Salad with fresh peas, radishes, mint and a lemon butter dressing. This is one of my favourite potato salads, so gorgeous served alongside roast chicken, grilled fish or as a side for a BBQ.

In America. So happy you are branching out into videos. Love following you on Instagram. Keep up the fresh summer veggie recipes. I belong to a CSA and get so much kale and chard. What else can I do besides cooking in garlic and oil? Maybe a salad? Thanks Clo! I'll be making this potato salad soon.

Oh! I am in USA..didn't say that before!
I never knew to add dressing while the potatoes are warm, and to buy them with dirt.
We often buy them from the Amish and they pull them up while you are there!
