Agree the airports and pop in are bad, but for me far less stutters, but this could be because it looks worse at the moment due to the slow streaming. Career mode looks good too. But i would not buy it at the moment, just playing on gamepass.
Yes, give it a month or two. By then MS should have the main problems sorted. Some devs might not work on their aircraft until after the sim settles (it's not working for them either) so probably early 2025 before we get compatibility upgrades.

I see no reason that I should buy this yet I will stick to 2020 a lot more add-on. Airports look awful
