@@BabitaShettysRecipes Was grinding boneless thighs for Orange chicken. Thought if grounded - it would be easier/quicker to cook etc. It wasn't versus cutting the thighs into bite size pieces done normally. Grinded chicken, formed into balls, but flavor drier (more like chkn breast dry) and texture was also different. Furthermore, they actually took longer to fry. My experiment was a bust, going back to cutting things, and thank you for doing this video!
@@carbar3936, dark meat i.e thighs and drumstick always take longer to cook, does not matter what form they are in (ground or pieces). However, they are juicier than ground breast meat and that is why I prefer to use dark meat. I am sorry that it did not work for you. Happy Cooking !
