कुछ भी खाइए जो स्वास्थ्यवर्धक हो। तेल सरसों का, घी देसी, नारियल का तेल, रेशेदार fibre वाला खाना, हरे पत्ते का सेवन करें, रोटी कम सलाद ज्यादा, सुबह फल मौसम के ताजे, दूध दही पनीर मट्ठा , चावल कम, दाल एक समय जरूर लें, मांसाहारी भोजन खाने वाले non veg, अंडा ले सकते हैं। मेहनत करके पचाना जरुरी है, पानी खूब पिएं पांच लीटर पी सकें तो बहुत बढ़िया और जितनी बार संभव हो गुनगुना लें पर सुबह सवा लीटर पानी गुनगुने से कुछ ज्यादा गर्म जो चाय से ठंडा हो, घूंट घूंट कर पिएं। बाकी आप समझदार हैं। स्वस्थ रहें मस्त रहें। हो सके तो सोलह या चौदह या बारह घंटे न खाएं( intermittent fasting). अपने urine के कलर को watch करते रहें यह कभी भी गहरे रंग का न हो पानी की तरह साफ हो तो बहुत अच्छा।

Good morning dr sahab. i was trying to follow keto diet for 3 years but not properly. however i ate low carb diet. I moved to US last year. here my husband helped me alot. now for two month i completely stopped any bread, sugar and following keto diet very sincerely. befor two month my fasting sugar was 200 and after 2 hours of meal it was 270 or 290 but now i check daily my fasting and pp sugar are low, my insulie level was very low when i checked last year in India. now my morning sugar is 125 and after 2 hours of bfast (2 half fried eggs with spoon no bread abd a cup of milk tea sugarless) my sugar is 160. dr sahab is this a good sign, has my pancreas started to work properly. should i follw this diet for some more months. In dinner i take 2 keto shaffles made by almond flour, some vegetables, and some chiken or meat. i dont eat any restricted fruits or sny food which is restricted for dibetes, dinner at 6 pm, morning bfast 11 a.m, I dont eat anything between these hours from 6 p.m to next morning 11 a.m. pl reply me and thank you very much for guiding dibetics thtough your nice and infornative and helpful videos.
