About my videos: These videos are a resource for anyone wishing to wake up from the dream of separation. Awakening, enlightenment, and liberation are becoming far more mainstream possibilities than they once were. There are many good teachers out there, and if you resonate with the teachings of Eckhart Tolle, Rupert Spira, or Sadhguru, you might find resources here that address these deeper promptings to investigate your true nature.
Disclaimer: The information presented in these videos is not meant to diagnose or treat any psychiatric or medical illness. The inquiries presented herein are potent and can have powerful effects on the way you experience yourself and reality. If you feel you are at risk of harming yourself or others, these videos and practices may not be the best thing for you at the moment. Seek help wherever necessary which might include a hospital emergency department, a suicide helpline etc. - บันเทิง
1. Acknowlegment is very powerful
2. Acknowldge what comes up in a neutral way
3. Trust the flow of experience
4. See what is as what is, that's love
5. Have no agenda: simplicity + innocence + sponateity+ play
6. Investigate the bandwith you have for experience : it's tremendous
7. Touch the helplessness, the fear
I would love to hear you interview shinzen young!!!
I would add Michael Taft, Daniel Ingram and Kenneth Folk.
… and Rupert Spira, please 🙏
I would love to hear you interview Tim Freke….he is a bit of a nondual skeptic these days
It's getting a lot easier to notice more frequently "oh just a thought"! Thanks Angelo.
Love listening to the inner silence
what is love, other than true acknowledgement - so stilling and powerful
Don't ever get rid of that sweater!
Cling to nothing. Resist nothing.
Sometimes it seems like what I am hearing is: It never happened, this never happened, I never was, and yet perception appears to be occurring.
@UC241 Most don’t realize that they are in a Dream. Some realize they are, and if they acquired specific knowledge, they would Wake up, and be enlightened. But that too, is just part of the Dream. There is only the Dream.
Thanks for sharing this, 🎯♥😶 🙏☮ wishing love, grace, courage and understanding for all
"Roll the Bones" RUSH 😊
This is such good video, thank you for it!!!
I know what you are talking is true, I know it intuitively, yet it is so painful to accept when you are in the moment of e.g. intense clinging arising. But even that is ok, because it is honest.
I wonder, are those insights related to non-dual insights, or can one have them without non-dual insight/progress? I seem to have some "life wisdom" type of insights, but I am not sure if they relate to some non-dual/spiritual insights or it is not necessarily the case. That's because I never had a big aha-moment, even though I had some moments that felt like they were non-dual insights. I guess the biggest "issue" for my self doubt in this regard is I never had a real big event that changed perception as if a switch was pushed. I just had a bunch of a fraction of a moment long experiences that feel like I receive some information about how life is. That's how it usually feels for me and I call those insights but I am not sure if they are that when I read other people's descriptions of what an insight feel for them.
@tezz…New Epiphany; It’s the Mind. Call it Rule#1 It’s the Mind. Any Thoughts, Emotions, desire to Label or Criticize, refer to Rule#1. You ask, Who’s Asking?Refer to "Rule #2. For everything else, Refer to Rule#1. “
This was Beautiful. (chef's kiss emoji)
How did you train yourself to be able to abide effortlessly in this equanimity?
@Verit… Allow, Accept, non-identifying.
5:30 I laughed so damn hard I almost dropped my phone.
Yes the capacity of awakeness can hold all things, but holy shit that can really blow your eyebrows off.
🙏🙏🙏
thank you
13:55 it isn’t a good day unless I’ve had a good frolick in the meadows 🤣

Is it normal to have bouta of chronic fatigue when doing this work? I get good sleep good nutrition and feel good most days. But this week i have felt chronically fatigued all the time. I dont have any medical history but I am wondering if this happens when certain resistance is let go of or if it has happened to anyone else during this emotion work prosses.
😘
This talk reminded me of the sculpture in your zendo of a Finnish reindeer (?) with eyes that are the void (because she is not afraid to go anywhere). Does the artist have a website? I’d love an image of that reindeer, as it resonates with me. Even if just as a screensaver. 🙏
