I would love to see a video about the physical 'symptoms' during awakening. Like strong headaches, twitches, trembling, energy surges, unable to sleep, less hunger, and so on... Anyone can relate? :)
Hot Damn Angelo! You know that place where you have been told the same thing over and over but remain blind to that nugget? 🙈 That's what happened here. Even though I have seen through the self and clearly experience no one here, there has been a lingering felt sense that there is someone or something still in this body and this subtle belief has been blocking the ability, or perhaps creating fear, against entering sensations. Years of traumatic physical SA, beatings, and a long history of Autoimmune illness's and Cervical injury created the belief that being in this body equaled pain. A major shift occurred in finally getting that Sensations are not about experiencing in this body. And, sensations are just arising and falling in this vastness of experience. 🤯💞🙏🤗 So much gratitude 🎉🎉🎉
Putting sensations first, the outside world felt like the extension of the body, like all sensations were aspects of one experience without limitation of thoughts. More experiential videos like this please 🙏
This is great. Just did this. I was definitely making this “feeling” more difficult than it needed to be. A lot of pushing and pulling with expectations. Great resource! Thank you so much!
With great awakening comes great opportunity for shadow work... This pointing helped a lot with the imagining the body thing. I saw more clearly my tendency to picture every part of my body as I notice a feeling, definitely a different tone in the moments the body became a field of sensation
The effectiveness of therapy is directly correlated with how much inner work the therapist has done. All the techniques don't mean shit unless ya do tha work. Shits rampant with pop psychology and toxic positivity crap
@@Ballsmasher69420Therapy is good on a surface level. You learn to be aware of your thoughts, challenge them, and replace them with better thoughts. This shadow work practice goes beyond thought to the core of the matter. The inner pain is released directly, bypassing thought.
an intense sensation in the vicinity of the chest/heart kept arising gradually when I was doing this.. Is this normal?! It's so intense it almost felt overwhelming
When you say "don't push/ pull, don't picture the body" it's like don't picture a pink elephant.. So frustrating.. How about "do" instead of "don't"? Would that be more effective? Not meant as a criticism. Genuinely curious and grateful for your work.
It is equally hard I suspect for anyone to follow the affirmative direction. Do nothing. Do the not-making of anything. Do awarenessing. They might be Even more crazy! Peace and love on your journey.
Really I can't follow it. How to feel prymary with no attention? I tried to close the eyes I feel a weight in my stomach and so what? If I rest with the sesation without any thing attached what should be remain?
Great pointers as always. I have 2 Q's 1. Is it normal for things to get psychedelic when easing into this? Both physically and visually? I haven't messed around with substances for almost 2 decades, but I get a similar taste of it when dropping into the body like this. 2. How does simply dropping into the body sense unbind and do shadow work? Thanks Angelo
something like this has been spontaneously coming up for me in the last week or so. whenever i wake up and notice 'oh that's a thought', immediately there's a sense of presence in the body, often along with a perception of energy moving down and connecting to the ground. it feels like inquiry but using only the body sense somehow. it's peaceful, because it's intuitive, there's very little in there that could be used for thoughts about how to do it correctly. a sense of autonomy seems to come out of it, or along with it. thanks for putting it into words angelo 🪷

You must be protected at all costs!
This was my bedtime story last night. I let it run on a loop throughout the night. Thank you❤
This felt really good , if you are really in your body feeling it does stop your mind you can't be in two places at once😊

Thank you so much Angelo for these radically direct and simple pointings. It's so F-ing easy to get confused.
Simple, direct and powerful ❤ looking forward to the retreat!

THis one is really good, thank you so much Angelo
Be with without conditions is another nice way I ve heard of saying the same thing as feel without agendas
This is great. Just did this. I was definitely making this “feeling” more difficult than it needed to be. A lot of pushing and pulling with expectations.
Great resource! Thank you so much!
The mind seemed to speed up and continually came up with distractions. However, the practice made it simple to see that.

So precious. Thank you!

Thank you 😊
Thanks again.
No push-pull. Heaven. Thanks. ❤
My therapist owes me a refund! I accomplished more inner work in the past ten minutes than in the past year.
Why do you think a therapist is worse or something, whatever you think?
Because a lot of therapists suck! When you find a good one you realise this lol

@@Ryan-Dempsey She’s okay but she’s not the best I’ve had. The best one I had retired last year, and she recommended this one to me in her place.
You finally had me watch Revolver and I nearly cried, that scene is like the Buddha (Keanu Reeves) facing Mara and his armies scene. Powerful.
On what platform did you view it? I watch everything on my phone because I only have an antennae connection on my TV.
Exquisitely effortless...😊
Good to hear energy body stuff. Gets ignored too often. Thank you

It's so simple, I noticed a lot the agenda of trying to feel better all the time, a lot of doubt running in the background
Thank you Angelo ❤️
So good thanks angelo :)

Emotions are also created by thinking= just deeper conditioned mental programming of thinking= making it up...dreaming.
Wooow….
Isn't this similar to Vipassana meditation?
Anglo could you talk about “aliveness’ some time. It’s a confusing word that many use. It would be cool to hear your take on it
Thanks for the video!
i gotta question what do you do in daily life? do you watch sports or something
I watch Pro Wrestling 24/7
