- How to solve the stuck at You are all caught up problem on Instagram?
While using your Instagram. If Instagram is not giving you the new news feed and keeps showing you the “You are all caught up, you've seen all new posts from the past 3 days " you must follow three processes to solve your problem and get more and more news feed on your Instagram account!
also if have issues where You are all caught up, you've seen all new posts from the past 3 days of Instagram issues. after watching this video "you're all caught up on problem on Instagram" will be solved.

It has something to do with tracking.
I’m using an iPhone
In the Setting App > Instagram > Allow Tracking
Once I turned it on and allowed tracking the app started working again as normal.
iPhone is useless it has different settings 😢
I habe tried everything and still I am not getting any new posts. If I am following new accounts then I am getting posts from those new accounts only, not from the previous followed accounts. Tried in browser also and even used VPN. PLEASE FIND ME A SOLUTION.

After doing all this.. Still the feed now shows posts from newly followed accounts. Nothing else shows up

Even i was facing the same issue... I just went to the help disk reported this and restarted the app... And guess what it was solved

Bro I think this is a new Instagram update and they might have to fix it, same thing is going on with me where it's not showing none of the "all caught up" and it's just blasting a bunch of other posts from other unknown accounts that say on the top " because you follow @ you might like @"
Same here. Maybe it's the last update, as @RXPPLE. FLOW suggests. I hope they fix it or bring it back, now it's fucking difficult to know where I left last time

So I have 2 instagram accounts and one account is doing the all caught up , and the other isn't? How do I fix it. I've followed all the instructions. Plus Uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working . 😕
I had same issue for weeks I reset my password and changed to a new password and it fixed my issue!
