Perhaps I could do some research for you. When the idle behaves this way in modern cars, , it's typically the bad maf sensor / idle air control valve what's causing the issue. But I'm not exactly sure what's the cause with this one as I don't have info on the engine

I would check for air leaks on the intake side of the engine
That's exactly what I was about to post, Easy enough to check too
Second this, usually when rpm go up/down when idling you got a intake air leak.
