About the settings button in the control centre, you can still include it when you edit the control centre buttons so you can still have the settings shortcut unlike in the iOS version...

just bought it approve all said , its amazing phone , bought it for 700€ in Croatia...
I actually prefer the IR blaster being behind there than at the top, because I just need to hold the phone normally and press the needed buttons.
Comes in handy when playing with siblings, the TV goes off without them suspecting you😂

Is there a noticeable performance difference between 12 and 16 GB RAM versions? In EU they released only 12 GB versions...

About the recents tray you can set it to the simpler version, just pinch your home screen tap the settings icon in the bottom right and choose the how the recent home tab should be displayed

Does anyone have problems with camera fogging (going from warm to cold or vice versa)? I'm also interested in the battery life (if someone uses 2 SIM cards, a little playing games, a little photography, using it for surfing the Internet and social networks / applications, while the mobile Internet is turned on non-stop)?

Xiaomi 14 is prone to lens fog/mist and you have to leave the sim try open to remove the fogging on the lens.
same experience..after 15days of using,mine has an camera issue..shooting a minute the camera starting to moist and the output of the shot is foggy..it is in a warranty center now,hope they can fixed it..
@@rexcallo3854 how did it go? when I sent it to the repair centre, they said it was normal and sent it back to me unrepaired, luckily I got my bank to intervene as the goods did not suit the intended purpose.

Cameras 9/10 awesome leica cameras
Unboxing 10/10 : 90 watt charger , case and cable usb c
Display 10/10: Beautiful display
Performance: 7/10: Overheats in gaming but normal use is good
Software: 7.5/10: android 14 , 4 years of support but little bit of bloatware but you turn it off and uninstall
Battery: 8.5/10 good especially for a “compact phone”
Overall 9/10

What about foggy lens?
It depends on luck i think. I believe there is a bad batch. I bought it and i live in mountainous region with like 15 oC temperature. My camera is ok. One of reviewer said he put the phone in the refrigerator and no foggy lense.

Size is perfect. I tried this phone out of curiosity today and I don’t like it.
Looks somehow too artificial.
Os is too crowded and complicated, camera is not even close compared to iphone but photos are ok.
Bokah effect has way to much software boost and it’s not accurate.
“Kino” recording - you won’t like it, especially if you’re used to “cinematic video” on iphone.
Design is good but looks like blueprint steal from an iphone.
Why am I keep comparing it to an iphone?
Well, because it looks exactly like that.
Poor attempt to make an android iphone.
But huge respect for giving a full box, cable, case and charger.
P.s. I loved android’s innovations, but it seems that everything died with LG and Huawei

@@christiangamolo6333 buy the iPhone, hold on to your Android for at least a week or two. If you don't like the iPhone afterwards, you can as well sell it since it should still retain its value
Front camera still behind the competition (apple , Samsung) but overhall still a nice compact phone !
