FDNY dispatchers are the best in the world. It's not even close.
Good dispatcher.
The dispatcher is great and the response time was very fast.👍👍
She's second generation Dispatcher. I worked with her and her Dad
The dispatcher was amazing. She really knows her job. She is part of the whole team.
Excellent video and audio. NYFD should be proud of their dispatchers.
Should be said “Beside every great NYCF-Man, is an excellent & amazing Woman Dispatcher!!!” 🤩 Dang is she the BEST!!! 👏🏼👍🏼
Wow amazing!
Excuse my ignorance, but what is the point of deploying two ladder towers if they are not getting water onto the fire to prevent it spreading? Don't american towers have water delivery inbuilt like European ones do?
Early arrival using someone’s else’s video lol… interesting
If I was claiming to take the video...I'd see where the problem would be... But I'm not... The first thing in the bio is where I got the video from... Its from Citizen app...Clearly states on the app anyone could use it when the Watermark is present... I get the audio and place it together with parts of the video... What's the problem?
Whoever was holding that camera was drunk, suffering from Parkinson's, or both. The result is bad enough to make any viewer seasick.
Guys in basket should have been entering windows on exp 2 side to search. Not sitting there watching
Oh gee look... Yet another YouToob know it all who knows nothing
Just shut up
Please give us a time stamp of when you are referring to.
@@azul8811 Basket is at windows on 2 side, they vent, but never enter to search.
@@virgilhilts3924 22+ yrs FDNY (8yrs L-3) Go in and search
Damn great dispatcher!! Holy crap, shes awesome...should be ATC.
My sister is a dispatcher. They are the best of the best, this one is no exception.
As a retired Firefighter all i can say what a great job by the dispatcher.
She awesome 😎☀️ amazing Dispatcher
FDNY is the best so is NYPD
Gotta love all these spectators double parking. If this went to a 2nd or a 3rd where would these vehicles go? Stupid just Stupid.
Idiots
That dispatcher was freaking on point!
Unreal these people deserve accolades amazing communication skills
Brooklyn dispatcher 400 is, no doubt, my current fave. Note that she is the daughter of a retired FDNY dispatcher who was my fave back in the day. Two generations of great, absolute professional, FDNY dispatching! Note: she got to work with her Dad on his last shift, how cool is that?!
Great video that is the dispatcher you want when things get tough
Exactly my thought too!!
The Dispatcher was excellent
Great vid. Thanks for no ANNOYING play by play.
Unbelievable! Thirteen minutes (13 min) into the fire 2 lines stretched and water on the fire! Amazing!!! FDNY Dispatchers are also amazing!!!
Great engines in the 43 Battalion
Dispatcher 400 is a keeper, excellent job. Same goes for all the members knocking this fire down quickly before it spread.
Thats some wickedly good radio traffic
that dog howling makes it more dramatic
your videos are getting better
Seldom see fire out the window. Right place at the right time.
I retired from fire dispatch in the greater Los Angeles area. It is strange, but just hearing a major call go down smooth on the dispatch, command and working frequencies is soothing and relaxing to me while listening to my old but trusty scanners.
It seems odd, considering the stress these dispatchers are under, how you can be so acutely tuned in when the whole world feels like it's going to self destruct at any moment.
It's like a switch goes on inside your head and you just go. One thing to keep in mind that in a lot of jurisdictions, you can be working a major incident, and also be dealing with other emergencies happening at the same time throughout the city.
Mostly apparatus buff since 1949/ St Paul...listening to nyc dispatch is = to a spankin new 2024 seagrave 95' scope...👍👍
Outstanding job channel operator
Fire Fighters, Paramedics, and EMTs....
Thank You for everything you guys do, unlike the Police, I doubt anyone questions if you are there to help or not.
HOW COME YOU DIDN'T RECORD THE WHOLE FIRE SCENE LIKE THE OTHERS DO?
Great job by the diapatcher! A true professional!!
That Dispatcher was the TOPS!Unbelievable communication skills.
Great response and time out. NYFD 👍
I hope everyone made it out without anyone getting hurt ! 😢
Someone was injured. A "10-45 code 3" means "serious injury - not life threatening."
@jasonconrad7664 Oh that's to bad ,thanks for telling me my friend! 🤜🤛😊
nice catch... but i'm still waiting to see a NYC highrise fire where the fire is on the FIRST FLOOR... (meh, guess i'd win the lottery before i see that happen)
2 1/2 hand stretch. no hookup standpipe needed on that one bob
They happen and Ive been to them.
🎉great job dispatcher 😊🎉
What is the salary of firefighters in America, if not a secret?
Unwelcome new Comer living there
I was wondering why I heard sirens non stop around this time.
Bet you it was an E-Bike battery
🧐
Awesome ground hose attack on this fire !
Respect aux pompiers pour leurs dévouement pour sauver les vies
That's a bad roaster.
What in the world was the 1st ladder chauffeur doing with the aerial ? Not on the right spot
Where’s the right spot in your opinion
Were you there to make this accusation?
@@fbm314 OK look I'm just pointing out the obvious. The aerial is doing no good at the fire window where no one is going in and no one is coming out. it sits there way to long only to be moved when it gets in the way of the tower ladder. Now with that being said , I think it should be placed at the window of the room next to the fire for the chauffeur to access the fire apt and augment the search and provide a 2nd means of egress. ( it could have been used to access the roof but they must have used the adjoining but it could still provide another way off the roof if needed) these videos are great, but guys should learn from them and not get upset when mistakes are pointed out. When I was a young guy on this job the senior men weren't nice about it and didn't care about your feelings LOL good old days learn something everyday and become a better F.F. or Officer.

Only the FDNY can turn a small fire into a big one.
I would love to see you try and stretch a hose up 5 flights of stairs in one of these multiple dwellings… there is no standpipe in this building… you have to stretch all the way up.. fire was under control in less than an hour with no extension…
@@TheNYCBuff Those ladders are useless without the ability to fight fires through the windows.
Using the tower ladder is pretty much giving up the rest of the apartment and anyone else that might be in there, the goal is to protect life and property….
@TheNYCBuff You soak that room and protect the rest of the apartment and victims. Don't fall back on that life over property excuse. When you extinguish the property, you are protecting the lives.
@@JB91710 “life over property excuse”… you just pretty much said screw whoever might be in that apartment… they didn’t lose the rest of the building… it didn’t extend into another apartment and they saved a victim.:::it is pretty clear you aren’t aware of the power a tower ladder water stream has either… you comment under every video and have nothing relevant to say… ever
Glad your back and uploading content
