    Love your videos, Dave! I watched a lot of resistance band training videos, but yours are the most helpful, straight to the point, real, and fun to watch. Thank you for always posting!!

    Could you upload more videos of unattached excercises? Or a video on the pros and cons of one over the other (unattached vs attached)

    Sadly, I cannot attach my resistance bands. We live in an old house, and I would probably get the door in my face if I did.
    It's no surprise to me that you have 25K subscribers. I found your channel a couple of months back. You're super-good at explaining the exercises, and you reply to comments, even on older videos. That's really help ful.
    I'm with Chris D 's wish for more unattached exercises :D

    Excellent exercises for shoulder replacement rehab. The Face pull and other exercises that have the patient standing straight up impacts the shoulder and the back muscles which is what the physio pros target and bands are the key. I use small weights as well.

    Hi Dave
    Canadian subsciber here. Thanks for being the most honest and functional channel for resistance band training. In your opinion how do you rank or which are better the Bodylastics to the Bob and Brads or the Tuyoi? Being in Canada we are limited in options and availability. Thank you

    • @DisciplineDave
      @DisciplineDave  2 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Thank you for all your kind words, out of the 3 that you mentioned I would recommend Bodylastics. Thanks you for supporting the channel. 🇨🇦

      I don’t think it matters as long as you’re leading with your wrist instead of your elbows and contracting your back 👍🏾. Hope that helps

    Hi Dave, thanks for your amazing videos. Going through your video content, I guess I'm ready to order my first set of bands. Would like your opinion, should I go for the Bodylastics bands or the Torro bands?
    Thanks

    • @DisciplineDave
      @DisciplineDave  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well I would recommend both because of the design of the carabiner hooks bodylastics will be better in some exercises and Torrobands will be better in other exercises, but if I could only pick one I would go with Torrobands they have been on back order for a while due to high demand but I just got an email two days ago saying all orders should be filled in the next two weeks so it’s a great time to buy right now.

    Hey discipline Dave, I just had a quick question, so I’m a pretty skinny 19 year old kid , the one thing I wanted to ask is if I should get the torro bands since I’m pretty weak and I’m not sure how difficult it would be to use the bands, I know there is some lighter bands so I just wanted to ask if I should use those instead

    • @DisciplineDave
      @DisciplineDave  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes those bands should be fine for you. Probably just can’t use the two thick bands but the other bands will be perfect 👍🏾

  • @koningvicente1762
    @koningvicente1762 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    So I’m on a bit of a budget and from what I’ve seen the Torro resistance bands is 50 dollars more than the bodylastics but you said torro is slightly better, but anyways do you think it’s worth spending the extra 50 dollars on torro bands then the bodylastics for someone on a budget?

    • @DisciplineDave
      @DisciplineDave  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      I have both so I don't have a foot in this race and I will say 100% yes it's worth the extra $50.

    You talk about torro bands being good but all I see are negative reviews from 4 months shipping to them breaking after one day of use

    • @DisciplineDave
      @DisciplineDave  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Well the shipping has been an issue for 2 reasons High Demand and COVID supply chain issues. Now as far as them breaking I have not heard that. Once they finally come in people love them and I still stand behind there quality. I got an update from them yesterday and they she most back-orders will be shipped in the upcoming 2 weeks they are shipping as we speak and all back orders will be completed in 3 weeks. So they are great and they are just now keeping up with demand.
