Unfortunately, the chatbox is only accessible when you actually have a class or your demo. It will just appear right below your video screen :)

- have decent lighting
- make sure you don’t have background noises
- wear decent/professional clothes
- prepare for a short interview, years of teaching, ESL teaching EXP, internet speed, what device you are using

I have been wanting to ask you about the booking status of Native Camp as of now. I mean, if I apply and do well, will I expect to at least have just about the right number of students when you're just starting? And if in off-peak seasons, do you have any idea how low the number of students could be? Really looking forward for your reply....though I commented late😊☺
Hello :) Of course I will reply :) Uhmmm to tell you honestly, I have come up with a strategy on how to be fully booked. I have been swamped since day 1 because I had the mindset that I will never experience what others do when it comes to lack of classes. Pro-tip, make sure your self intro video is the bomb! Because if it's really nice, it will attract student. if you aren't getting booked classes, I suggest taking sudden class and converting these "sudden" students to regulars. I will be uploading those tried and tested tips soon :)

How many times can you do a retake of the Demo again? I think you mentioned it in one of your videos about the Demo class.
It depends on your potential and your evaluator. Some evaluators don't give a retake options, Some give up to 5 retakes.

You will receive an email that your account is activate and when you log in you will no longer get the notification that it's deactivated. Usually takes 3-5 days

Demo time is from 10am-2pm and 4pm-8pm GMT 8+. Waiting time is uncertain, can be immediately or as long as 2-4 hours :(

Hello teacha, I had to wait about 4 days before it got activated. You must have completed your teaching profile and while you are waiting you can start requesting for BADGES and complete the learning kit for teachers :)

yes :) plural subject agrees with plural verb (no s)

Both are correct. Natto Japanese style or English style. You can even mention it :) we teacher can mention it as a knowledge extension.

incorrect, that's past continuous tense -THEY + WERE COOKING
it's supposed to be: Because they cook / he cooks it with meat and vegetables.(must be present tense)

for the 3 new words/phrases, yes you just choose.
for mispronounced words, yes if it's only 2 words you must say: "on this lesson, you did a great job on pronunciation and you only mispronounced 2 words" .... so that it would be clear and it would not be taken against you as a markdown

Usually demo classes only last 5-10 minutes :) your interviewer will ask you to skip parts ...thing is we don't know which parts they would ask us to skip, so better to know everything.

It means your webcam is not set up properly on your browser (E.G. google chrome). Try to uninstall you Chrome and reinstall it and have your camera setup again

Teach Karen I applied in native camp.. Im currently on the 2nd step (system check) . I put your email as my referrer. My problem is I cant go through with the system check.. Every time I'm in the number 1 queue the admit wont show up and my number just changed to 13, 31, 40 it happened 3-4x already. I don't know what to do 😢
So sad, but thing is that happens...it happened even to me. I suggest wait on queue at 9am Tues-Saturday

Yes you can try to apply, may mag evaluators na basta may teaching background, pumapayag sila.
eri nakalagay sa native camp booking /schedule: Once the slot turns to "Available", you can go on STANDBY mode 30 minutes before the time of the slot, and it will also be shown on the student's website so that students can reserve your class.
di ko gnagwa yan. antay lang ako text or email kung may nag reserve sa akin. tama ba?

It depends on your interviewer. Some allow 2x,3x even 4x...others just 1 retake.
