    Hotshot Guy ! I've look and dozens of these Mobile 2 tips things. (I am still waiting for my unit to ship !) And you are the first to mention that it's possible to move the phone holder up and down on its rods, in order to refine the balance. Nice catch. I also don't think anyone else has suggested doing a Hyper-lapse --- by NOT turning on Hyper-lapse ! Just Active Tracking. Then adjusting speed in your editor. Another excellent/useful tip. Keep of the good work.

    Recd mine oh a week ago or so. So far I am pretty impressed. I am using for video updates on the on going show I do to my followers on facebook. But I am going to try to shoot a whole episode with just the osmo 2 and my note 8 should be interesting. I have the square base instead of the tripod you show its much more stable.

    Thanks for the tips. I bought my Omso Mobile 2 a few days ago, and I will be testing it next week in South of France.
    Something I will certainly be testing, is to focus one object while walking... and try to make some slow mo and time lapse in post production. Have a ice day.

    Thanks. Finally someone doing a video of active track and hyperspace with the osmo. Can I just confirm there was no post production editing on those hyper lapses?
    I Would love comparison of tracking and hyper lapse video with other gimbals. In particular the Vilta M which seems to the only challenge to the osmo in the same price range.

    Can you lock these so when walking around they stay looking at the horizon in front, so if by accident you move your hand down the camera doesn’t look at the floor it stays looking straight but if you turn a corner it will turn with you?

    • @HotshotTek

      In postproduction, like when editing vides in editing programs. Final cut, Sony Vegas , etc. you have more control.

    Please I need your help,,i really hope to answer me because i cant find a solution... I just bought Osmo 2 and I already have s10+ Samsung...so i balance my phone in gimbal perfectly but my problem is this...when i try with the joystick to turn the gimbal left or right it doesn't do a horizontal flat move but it does something like a wave movement and lose completely the flat horizontial move that normally should do,,i am so disappointed 😭😭

  • @femiomomo3576
    @femiomomo3576 3 ปีที่แล้ว

    I make virtual tours and I have a Osmo 3, However I think I made a mistake, the Osmo 2 will do a 330 degree Panorama with a large field of view through DJI GO.
    DJI GO is NOT compatible with the OSMO 3
    which means that I am now stuck with the limited capacity of 225 degrees via the Mimo App and a very limited field of view.
    So it looks like I will have to go back to the Osmo 2

    How is your audio so good? On mine I get lots of motor noise and I asked support and they said it was normal.

    • @HotshotTek
      @HotshotTek  6 ปีที่แล้ว

      I did faced a similar experience one time when I was filming in a quiet room I noticed the mic was picking up the motors noise. But outdoors or one when talking in a room it would always works fine. Now I’m thinking this could be cause due to the motors having to work a bit more harder if the phone is heavy or unbalanced, that could be causing you the issue.

    • @kylelitwack
      @kylelitwack 6 ปีที่แล้ว

      Hotshot I'm gonna contact support. It's much louder than quite noise room. It sounds like the audio from a GoPro under water.
