    Loved the in-depth explanation of the breath at the beginning, with the hands on the ribs: really helpful! Also appreciated your explanation about not engaging the glutes but rather the abs for the first part of the bridge. Great abs burn in a short amount of time: thank you!

    Thank you, Mira 💕 This class was great. Still a bit to challenging for me to do quite everything but close. I would love to see more workouts for total beginners who are starting from being completely out of shape. In my opinion you are the best pilates teacher on the internet....       Yes! I have two chair workouts on my Aalaya Pilates channel. My Aalaya Pilates channel only releases Bahasa Indonesia workouts, but still has about 50 great English Pilates workouts.
