It’s Saudi music and from a Saudi prince and the original singer is a Saudi and this is a Kuwaiti cover Even-though Kuwaiti people and Saudi people are exactly the same from the same tribes..
This music and the written language some of the most beautiful on the planet. I hope soon we as a people of this planet can realize the importance of each and every culture, and start working together and helping each other rather than working for individual gain. I know it’s possible. Much love from America.

I am a very old fan of Arabic songs and music ! Its so amazing and unique in nature that I feel like listening more and more every time I listen to it. The Khaleej songs adds another dimension to the treasure of Arabic songs. I love the musical instrument Oud , its like an instrument which brings out the melody as if the instrument itself is crying as it plays out. Well done and keep it up my Arabic Singer brothers.

This rendition of “Min Badi Al Waqt” by Kuwaiti singer Faisal Al-Sa’ad of the original by the Saudi Master Muhammad Abdu is a rare successful cover of Abdu’s songs. Personally, this song takes me to some of the most challenging times of my life as a Saudi student living in the US. The song contemplates the true meaning of happiness and stability in life. It urges us to think of life as an alternating current of two forces. One is the sweet times and the bountiful of love, fulfilment and rewards we get in life. The other is the pain, sudden losses and the disappearance of what we once held closely in our very hands. The song gives this back and forth of happiness and pain the metaphor of clear water pond that gets muddy sometimes. It invites people to drink and relish in what a clear pond can offer, yet expect that it might be adulterated, dust-ridden and forsaken at any point. This is life’s hardest lesson.
