    Great video . What do you suggest for supplementation for vitamin b1 I see there’s lots of synthetic vitamin b1 s and looking back I used those versions in past vitamin b complex’s but I have a feeling they were no good . I just ordered Dr. Bergs natural vitamin b1 complex with b1 from alithiamine. I hope it goes well 👍

    I csme across your video first time...Watching your channel very good information. Thank you. You are handsome gentlemen... nice beard too.. But I have to say you look very, very tired and pale. I hope you're okay,... Maybe you are just overworked and exhausted. Please understand I'm not criticizing you, but please take care of yourself while you're trying to help. Apply the same methods and advice to yourself. I work way too much. I'm a contractor, and when I don't get enough. Sleep and I am stressed. I definitely look older and more exhausted.

    Great information, much appreciated 🙏🏼 I take a quality complex multi B vitamin capsule daily and I also cycle in every other day a quality Benfotiamine capsule as it has better bioavailability and it is able to cross the blood brain barrier. They work great for me. Peace out ALL!! ✌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🇨🇦

      Benfotiamine does not cross the blood brain barrier. Thats TTFD. Benfotiamine is better absorbed than HCL and mononitrate though.

      @@Laszlo73Faith there are some similarities, but it gets down to what the Thiamine molecule is bonded with. With Benfotiamine, it's bonded with a Benzoyl molecule, but with TTFD, it's bonded with a mercaptan (Sulphur) group so your body accepts it in a different way allowing it to cross the blood brain barrier.

    Are there other B Vitamins that can lead to hypotension, like in a B1 deficiency?

    • @swintegrative
      @swintegrative  11 หลายเดือนก่อน +3

      Well I don't think that thiamine deficiency often leads to hypotension. Certainly a case can be made for that but there would like be other more prominent symptoms. As for others... i think a case could be made for riboflavin and niacin.
