My goodness..you ain't kidding..I thought he was a poor sap dying from vitamin B1 deficiency and the video was going to be about how to take mega doses to save your life...but he's the doctor?? Bless him ..get rest and peace sir...everything else can wait.😮
Great video . What do you suggest for supplementation for vitamin b1 I see there’s lots of synthetic vitamin b1 s and looking back I used those versions in past vitamin b complex’s but I have a feeling they were no good . I just ordered Dr. Bergs natural vitamin b1 complex with b1 from alithiamine. I hope it goes well 👍
I csme across your video first time...Watching your channel very good information. Thank you. You are handsome gentlemen... nice beard too.. But I have to say you look very, very tired and pale. I hope you're okay,... Maybe you are just overworked and exhausted. Please understand I'm not criticizing you, but please take care of yourself while you're trying to help. Apply the same methods and advice to yourself. I work way too much. I'm a contractor, and when I don't get enough. Sleep and I am stressed. I definitely look older and more exhausted.
Haha I can tell if this is sarcastic but it is definitely the camera and lighting giving this negative appearance. The hanks for your support either way
Great information, much appreciated 🙏🏼 I take a quality complex multi B vitamin capsule daily and I also cycle in every other day a quality Benfotiamine capsule as it has better bioavailability and it is able to cross the blood brain barrier. They work great for me. Peace out ALL!! ✌🏼👍🏼🙏🏼🇨🇦
@@Laszlo73Faith there are some similarities, but it gets down to what the Thiamine molecule is bonded with. With Benfotiamine, it's bonded with a Benzoyl molecule, but with TTFD, it's bonded with a mercaptan (Sulphur) group so your body accepts it in a different way allowing it to cross the blood brain barrier.
Hey doc. My blood work shows normal range of b1 but its lower end. But ive been sick a few months and have developed pots. Feel like could still benefit? Idk if dealing with beriberi type issues or dysautonomia because im still unsure the difference
Well I don't think that thiamine deficiency often leads to hypotension. Certainly a case can be made for that but there would like be other more prominent symptoms. As for others... i think a case could be made for riboflavin and niacin.
Well they can if they want to. I do test for it and can be helpful. There are a lot of false negative meaning the vitamin is low in the tissues cells but the levels comes out normal.
It's a video, so visual and audio will vary a lot based on your set up. As you can see it's a learning curve... progress not perfection. Hope the information is useful either way.
Because the man is tired..he looks like he hasn't sleep in days, and it will effect the strength in your voice...this poor man needs to get a week sleep and rest..then make a video to help others. I feel bad for him.😢
Get some rest doc you look exhausted

TTFD Version of thiamine is the most potent eo nutrition cover it in great detail on TH-cam
@@Minster1999 Have to be careful with TTFD. Need magnesium, good methylation.

What brand do you take? Thank you
@@cghrios783 Benfotiamine from a company called AOR-Advanced Orthemolecular Research
Benfotiamine does not cross the blood brain barrier. Thats TTFD. Benfotiamine is better absorbed than HCL and mononitrate though.
@@brainwithani5693 thanks for the update. I guess I was mis-informed or I misunderstood. Thanks for the clarification. 🙏🏼

Can b1 help with anxiety and tinnitus?
Sometimes it depends what’s driving those symptoms
Does thiamine deficiency occur with high blood pressure meds or diuretics used in kidney disease ?
Some medications can interfere with absorption of thiamine and transport of thiamine
And flouroquinolones can cause it also.
Thank you.
You're welcome!
Thank you. How much B1 can you take with a kidney transplant?
Sorry can’t help with that one.

It’s interesting that you say that because metformin can negatively impact thiamine levels.
