I know this is 3 dudes in a BASS band, but that drummer is half the reason I listen to these guys. Great chops!
Drums and bass are like chocolate and peanut butter. Helps when the melody and harmony is built entirely on bass, the drums don't have to work against anything.
Even regardless though Jerome has such tasteful playing, it fits their prog vibe but doesn't feel as overdone as some other bands. That drum sound is also immaculate, the snare is loud and has a ton of pop but is never quite overpowering.
This is probably also why he gets to have the coolest hair in the band.
