Man you are brave. I am naval modeller and I have most of my boats in 1:24, all handmade. Since last march I 3D printed trucks, MB LA 1113, Ford AA and MB LPS2224 but all in 1:10, now I am trying to print matilda2 in same scale, but, long way to go. Making anything from plans avaliable on net and not seeing thing in real life is a nightmare.
Awesome, the Mathilda is a sweet looking tank. Getting a 1/35 plastic model can really help if you get stuck with just images and 2d-drawings. Best of luck!
hey there friend, ive been subbed to this channel for a few yrs now and boy have your channel grown. Im super stoked for you and your RC handmade tanks. there every impressive. I used to watch alot of "rc Tasnk" channels back when i was heavily into it but lost steam due big headaches with certain builder and manufactures, those i really like to watch here on YT were the German expo and Sweden model events. You guys are the master in this field of rc tank modeling. I love it! Wish you great success to you and your channel!! you really genuinely deserve it
Very interesting. I'm working on a tank-kind-of-thing which will be 1200mm long and around 38kg. Not a scale model though, just something fun to drive around... hopefully. Was hoping for lighter but it all adds up so fast!
Awesome! The Cent's hull is 1200 mm. And I know what you mean - my goal for the Cent was 40 kg, but like you said, it add up. Best of luck with your build!
Nice comparison. Even tho ive seen em before, the comparison is cool. You could take it up a notch n discuss each design inside under the hood a bit more. Also what you learned and improved in each. Kinda missing the BT 7. Nice work!
"I actually thought that 1:8 scale was a perfect size, there's no need to go bigger. Boy was I wrong" Wikander in 2040: How to make 1:1 scale strf 9040C
Fantastic how do you build? Completely from scratch? Kits? 3D printing? I’ve never seen a RC CVRT kit available, Spyker Studio did a small but very limited number kit I think, it’s fantastic by the please can we see it overground?
@darrenjones3681 Hello, and thank you! My models are all scratch built with 3D-printed parts I make in FreeCad. There are build videos for almost all my models here on my TH-cam channel, plus a lot of other videos from meets and hobby exhibitions. 🙂
That was basically it. 😅 A couple of 1/8 scale models didn't make it in the video, but there is a Meet my tanks-playlist on my channel as well where they are displayed. 🙂
Many thanks for your scale choice informations ! my "Battle order" is choose, only 1/6 !! yes, big, but so realistic ! ( and place to put all inside...) many thanks for sharing, PERFECT as usual !! Be careful Fans ask you now to print a real scale 1:1 tank ! lol ........ take care, Tack ; )
Hi. I have watched your many videos and I love them. Im thinking about to conversion of trumpeter 1/16 rc tank, but I dont know how im going to make elctronics. Should I use two escs or control board? Can you please help me?
Hello and thank you so much for following the channel! I would say that two esc:s works great, but i haven't any experience of a control board. If you just want your model to work, I don't think you can go wrong with two esc:s.
@@eljukilju1334 If it's a 1/16 tank you are converting, there should be a lot of 1/16 gearboxes and motors from brands like Torro and Heng long and Tamiya.
1/8th scale tanks just don't have much support. The 1/6th scale community on the other hand is huge with tons of support. Love your Centurion. I'm getting ready to start printing a Hetzer in 1/6th scale. I love Armortek tanks, but I can't see spending the money on them.
The Cent really does look big even compared to the Tiger. Can't wait to see your first 1:1 scale 3d printed tank Erik! ( maybe a Goliath!!! )
Haha, right? I actually saw a Goliath at the Arsenalen museum earlier this year, and though "that's a decent size!" 😄

@@builtbyWikander thx for fast reply. Brilliant idea. I think that might be the answer.
All of your builds are great. I really enjoy seeing them in action. Yes, the Centurion is big and it makes all the other 1/6 scale tanks look small.
Thanks a lot, and thank you so much for watching. 😊

😂😂😂 Way too accurate!
not gonna lie you should make a full video about the fm21, maybe tell your experience modelling it too?
Yeah, that would be great, I just have to make it work properly first. 😄
Nice size comparison 👍👍
Thank you! I have to include 1/5 and the 1/4 next time!
@builtbyWikander the bigger you make them, the harder it it is to judge the scale, due to the impressive amount of details which make them look real.
Is the Centurion your newest project? I can't wait to follow the build.
Hi, thanks for watching! I have started on a 1/4 tank, check out my latest videos for more. 😊 There's also a build video of the 105 out now!

Fantastiskt kul att se dom så här!
Roligt att höra! 😊 Tack!

Great models. Would you share the fm21 stl file?
Thank you! I have plans on doing so, as soon as I have sorted out what motors to use and have strengthen the hull a bit. 🙂
Very good video awesome models

Thabk you! No Sherman in the build list at the moment, but there's is a couple 1/6 roaming around in several of my videos. 🙂
Yup , best use 1/6 scale tanks , I use metal to build a tank from recycled parts but go up to 130 kg at 1/6 scale
Bravo
Thank you!

Thank you for the mute button. That music gave me ptsd.
