@3:13 - i didn't get that point. Limiting your total number of shots to 15 helps your film be more flattened? How? And does it worth 1 shot less?

See my other comment about it. It’s only worthwhile if you’re shooting at a high frame rate.

Interesting. Yet, it's medium format. It would take me a mintue to set up the frame I want. It's slower than 35mm :)
