Thanks for the guide, I sucked at shooting birds couldn't land 1 shot, then spent time in the shooting range adjusting the aim speed and won two competitions on hard, went back to the lake and finished a goose license
Orange, cool vid man I literally just for ur channel 9/12/23 12:45am, also just found this game earlier and looks up how to make money & clicked on ur vid.
I later but orange lol really helpful video. Playing this till I can get a PS5 and Way of the Hunter. COTW is good but quite arcadey, this is a bit rough around the edges but more realistic. Keep up the good work!!
Correct. You need to fulfill the license requirement to receive the payment. However once you sell an animal it counts towards the total required kills. I hope this makes sense. Thanks for watching!!
I believe what you are referring to is the temporary reticle that appears when you look down scope and an animal is in view. It appears to have 3 different measuring criteria, but TBH I do not know what those metrics are. I’ve tried to research it with no luck. I’ve seen 1-2 of those change color based on a bleeding target but that’s the extent of what I’ve seen with it. If any one else knows please advise! Thanks for being awesome Chris and having patience with my explanations and I hope the video helped in some other way to clarify this game for you! Thanks again for watching!!
It's the senses triangle, it tells you how much the current target sees, hears, and/or smells you. It can be switched on or off in the Interface options.
As an avid call of the wild player I’m having trouble figuring out where to aim on the animal do I aim at the animal itself or the symbol above it and understanding the blood trail types the game doesn’t give a tutorial on this as far as I know
In Hunting Simulator 2 you will need to hit a Vital Organ to drop the animal. You can use tactics such as leading your target (aim ahead and account for trajectory) or have the patience to wait until the target is stationary and aim for the lungs or major Organ. As far as the blood trails, they seem to provide a good source to track a hit target utilizing your dog companion. Simply approach the blood trail and bring up your action wheel and task your dog to follow its trail. Remember to keep your eyes peeled as it may still be running alive, and if it finally drops dead from the shot, it’s location will be marked on the map with a Red “X”. Thanks for watching, Hope this helps and Happy Hunting!

This video was amazing! Thank you so much! I love your videos!
Nice the ammo is better then call of the wild
Right at the start, I actually would suggest getting the elk license, not any of the bird licenses.
That is certainly one approach and I can understand why, however I am too tempted with duck hunting with my dogs!! Thanks for the feedback!
Is there any way to uh? Earn coins or money to buy license if you do not have enough to purchase one or unlimited amount of money.
Orange
If I sell an animal before fulfilling the license I don't get any money for it? I'm confused about that part

Thanks for the video LH! Do you find the powders or scent maskers really necessary?
They can be helpful with the bigger game and to be able to approach closer. However once spotted they will run. Thanks for watching!
Very nice and helpful
Thanks man
Damn I bought all colorado licenses thinking I'm saving time
Orange :3 Thanks for this video ^^
