i love this game as a disabled gamer. the controls are simple, the combat isn't super stressful, and it's kinda the first game i've ever been good at. if you get stressed by crazy fights or button combos, it's definitely worth trying out
I’ve been trying to get my friend into Diablo, starting this was a pretty good stepping stone I think. But definitely very barebones compared to games of this genre. Only 3 ability slots, no armor parts (chestplates, boots, belt, etc) But it’s free right now on ps so there’s really no reason not to try it

ive been wanting minecraft dungeons for a few years now... i asked my parents for minecrfat dungeons ult ed for my bday, but they both sort of forgot when i would ask... for 3 years straight. finally, a few weeks ago was my birthday and i got it! also, dont get minecraft dungeons, get the ultimate edition. its a very good deal
So I just beat the game the other day with putting roughly 7 hours until the game? Yeah the main storyline seems very short, but I’m still occupying myself with a couple other things. I’m contemplating buying the DLC and I told myself if I’m still playing in a month, I’ll buy it because even though it’s kind of short, the dungeons can be pretty expensive. If you’re clearing out the whole thing, you can easily find yourself in a dungeon for an hour or more, overall it’s a solid game and would definitely recommend since it’s free on PS plus atm
if the dlc's were free updates, and smaller updates were more frequent the game could have been amazing. Especially when considering that the game could always get more updates since base MC gets yearly updates.
I try making 10 years old niece to play this version of the game and despite my efforts I fail... She preffer the normal version just because is what all her friends where playing at the moment 🙃 Do love the improve graphics on this game version, sadly I'm a Squares Craft hater so not much to add to it.

Deep rock galactic has the only good battle pass in a paid game. It's free, and ALL battlepass items go into the in-game store (NOT microtransactions, money earned in game) after said BP ends so you can still earn items. I wish more devs would take inspiration from them.
Waiting for Diablo's release, I ended up here. I like Minecraft for a chill building game with friends on a sever sometimes, but its a real shame they didn't make Dungeons at least somewhat deeper. It sound way too simple to even bother trying, honestly.
That's was never supposed to be a replacement or competition to Diablo. At best that should be an introduction to Diablo like games. And whoever said that this can be a replacement to Diablo, have neither played Diablo, not this

Just from the sound of your overview (which I appreciated by the way), I think they should have added a bit more complexity - simpler than Grim Dawn, PoE, Diablo etc - but just a little more so that players of those games could also enjoy a simple one like this. This one just seems too simple to enjoy at all, honestly, unless you're a big Minecradt fan and looking for a really, really simplistic game.
Which one do you recommend buying on PC: legends deluxe, dungeons deluxe or minecraft bedrock + java? The guy who want the new game plays the basic one

Whether you will like a game or not depends completely on if you like the genre the game is, and has nothing to do with whether you like minecraft or not, if you like minecraft chances are you enjoy most building Sims, minecraft dungeons is not a building sim, it's an ARPG, if you like ARPGs then you will probably enjoy the game, but if your just a minecraft fan but are not familiar or you don't typically like ARPGs then you still probably won't like the game, even if your a massive fan of minecraft, who knows how many ppl got the game just because it was a minecraft game who have never played an ARPG, this is why you should always do research before buying a game, most gamers only like games from certain genres, the series or franchise has nothing to do with whether your going to like a game, the only people who like both minecraft and minecraft dungeons are people who like both building Sims and ARPGs
I just started playing the game it’s fun and engaging even solo but I heard it’s short but for me that good thing. I have a ton of games and I just want to beat it do a little more here n there but ultimately move on. That said it’s not a game were you should delete right away cuz I can play with friends and family anytime. Whenever there a party or my little cousins come over just show them this and they can have fun in a random level etc. I would say even more fun when you beat it cuz they can pick which level, difficulty and pick any cool powers that’s in my chest and go crazy. it’s ultimately a nice party game once you beat it.
Minecraft loot is also not bad. It’s pretty crazy with elemental powers, like fire, freezing, electric, to summoning crazy pets ,doing kamehameha to being a ghost using crazy magic it’s solid. It’s a fun game and I notice you get more rare loot when playing coop than solo idk why Yes compare to other looter games it’s “bare bone” but this was what a 30-40$ game At released. It’s short and sweet and def a nice stepping stone for Diablo types games. It’s simple to understand and easy to learn and forgiving mechanics. To me a solid 7/10 game Free on Ps plus
You can get Diablo 3 Eternal Collection for cheap nowadays and it's definitely worth having. I play through it once or twice a year on Switch. Not too complicated or punishing, just a fun game.
I got this on PS+ and have played through it 2 times so far. Now I'm on the hardest difficulty and am wondering if I should buy the DLC. It's a decent game but they barely put any content into the base game.
Pro tip about battle pass systems, you don't have to actually buy into them just because they're there. Side note: I'm not saying they're a good thing for games, I'm saying they're entirely optional.
The battle pass is purely cosmetic in a game where most of the players (according to mojang) play solo. So I don't understand the addition at all

the free battle pass give you gold and emeralds on top of some cosmetics, while the paid battle pass only gives you cosmetics

I remember playing this with my brother i defeated the boss and he quit, i found this game to in my drawer. Booted it up and it was very good

Game reminds me of spiral knights from back in my f2p tf2 days.
