My dog got put down this year. He was 17 and I had him all my life. He was almost blind and almost deaf. He had eaten rat poising. At one point almost lost the ability to walk. Yet, he still lived 17 happy years. I love you and miss you, Oy (I know it's such a stupid name) xoxo

Literally today had a Facebook reminder of 6 years ago of me discovering my "dream-study programme" and being really discouraged about them only accepting 34 people a year... 6 years later I'm in my second year in this programme and loooving it with all my heart ❤️ I had to take some backroads to get here, but I made it in the end - if I had trusted more in myself I could have made it 6 years ago :) Your dreams can come true, just believe in yourself! #ifyoucandreamit

Re: The deep car chat about believing in yourself... I think going into an opportunity being 100% confident that you will get the job/part etc is the wrong way to approach it. You should definitely go in thinking you are good enough to get it, but never count your chickens before they hatch. It can come across cocky and lead to so much disappointment if you go in feeling like the best and come out not getting what you want. Be confident but stay humble.
Exactly. Yes, think you are good enough for the job and be confident but you must know how to handle it if you don't get the job either. Alfie is in that millennial way of thinking you can do what ever you want but sometimes that's just not realistic. The real world doesn't work that way.

My dog pebbles passed away when she was 19 and a bit. She had such a great life D: she outlived her daughter muffy who sadly passed away due to cancer even though we spent so much money toget it removed they left a tiny bit and it spread she also outlived her husband bam bam which sadly i can't remember cause i was so young at the time probably around 3 or something. Miss them all so much but i'm so glad they lived a great life

I went on that walk with the dogs at the beach with my dog barly and it was so emotional and so inspirational. More people should do things like that.

What Alfie pulled over to talk about is so true! I normally have low confidence in my abilities but when I went to take my last college entrance exam and told myself beforehand that I had it and I was amazing and could do it. I got my scores back and got a score high enough to get in any college I want. Have confidence in yourselves cause there no better you than yourself! 💕

I'm trying to find a job now but I'm so anxious and have bad anxiety and when the opportunity comes I always turn it away because of how anxious I get I can't even talk on the phone to who ever calls me so I work so hard to get it and then turn it away it's hard and at the moment I am in a bad place and everyone tells me I'm so negative and think of life negatively but they never understand my point of view of how I'm feeling at this persist moment and I just think if you're positive about something and say you are gonna do it then when it comes and you get told you haven't got it or got what ever you was working for I just think it'll knock you right back down :( like I am in a bad place at the moment and no one seems to be able to talk to me cause they don't want to

I am singing to songs to an examiner and I was really nervous but watching your vlogs just make me feel more confident and now I feel that on Friday I have the confidence to smash the exam and get a merit! Mia Williamson i beg to differ. if she was old then you must have known it was coming. My dog died a couple of months ago from blood cancer he was only like 5 or 6 we found out a few days before Christmas that he had cancer and 6 months later we put him down. he was so young and it was horrible to see him go through everything. He had surgery and litrally had a tube sticking out his side for a week. it was horrible.
