here is the recipe for Malabar special Royal Falooda... a Coolbar special drink.. Just try and enjoy this,,...!!
Ingredients:- for 4 Glass
mixed fruits - 4 cups
vermicelli - 1/2 cup
full fat milk - 1/2 cup
Strawberry Syrup
Khus Khus - 2 tsp
cashews and raisins - 1/2 cup
Ice cream - Pista, Strawberry, Vanilla (any 3 flavor)
Cherry - 4 no
Chocolate wafer - 4 no

Khus khus is poppy seeds but the seeds which you showed looks like sabja seeds. So pls mention correctly which is to be added.

you can use sabja seeds or poppy seeds.. I used black khus khus
