SCG mobility means 5G HO
Yes, you are right MCG Mobility is for 4G HO; sorry for the confusing caused "MCG mobility appears in Inter-Master Node handover with/without Secondary Node change. More details can be found on 3GPP TS 37.340 10.7.1"
T304 Expiry do we have any such Cases and troubleshooting
