Bought ENERGION GROOVE REGMOTE 28W of Crompton company on 17 5 2024 but the fan has started making ticking noise within a month. The five year warranty seems to be all false claims. Because it just seems like an advertisement for publicity. Because within a month this product is unable to work as advertised. However, the company should pay attention to this. After complaining, a guy from service center came and hit the bottom of the ceiling fan twice, said it must be due to moving spring and closed the complaint. But again that fan is making the same noise so this is not a special response from the service center.

Never buy Crompton they don't provide service support even if the fan is in warranty. I had a bad experience with Crompton.

Don't waste your money for Crompton products. Their product specially BLDC fans are so noisey. Their service is very very bad. I purchased a BLDC fan Cromoair energion, it is very noisy . Poor products.

I already done that exercise three times. But you are only company who never respond or acknowledge customer mail or concern. CROMPTON Energion purchased by me making so noise that I feel cheated and your service centre is worst.
