Again i complaint. Every day they promise that they will come. No use Now i decided to go for my old fan which worked last 35 years without any problem Crompton service is poor. I will never go for another BLDC fan again

You are comparing Chinese cheap brand with crompton which is 85+ years old ? These Chinese brands won't give you inhome service also , like crompton gives. And pcb burns out easily if there is power surge.
