You’re so right. I’m not old but sometimes I feel like a 60 year old man lol. Something I’ve learned the hard way is also to never take your life or the people around you for granted. I don’t think people get it until it slaps them in the face. Good message! 👏🔥

Im 29 man mental health is a never ending war every day is a battle best thing I can tell u is take happiness in every little moment u cause let's be honest life sucks but letting the dark thoughts win is just giving up on the person your meant to be u was made to bend not break I know it probably doesn't mean much coming from a random person online but I've survived this long so I know u can too

19 is young- I'm 25 nearing 26 lol- I'm unfortunately not going to see how badly this world goes when I'm gone. Scoliosis drastically cuts your life down by 14 years. My mom is nearing the dying years, my grandparents aren't gonna be around eventually. I envy and also fear for the younger generations. Envy because I'll never have that innocence or happiness again, and fear because just recently, a certain guy got immunity. And if they win in November, women are so screwed.

FWIW I don't think you visually look older than 19 but you do carry yourself with a certain confidence (at least on youtube) which can lead people to assume you are older.

I know that I am a day behind but this made me cry because a lot of my friends thinks that I was nine but actually I’m 13 well I don’t have mental health problems but sometimes I get really bad nightmares about me trying to end my own life and I have them every night so if anyone has any tips to get rid of them please let me know thanks Alexis
