Usally alkaline cleaning we maintain 40 degress temperature..but due to heater failure..54 degreess flushed for 15min

According to your, cooling tower maintenance, the NaOCl works at a certain pH of water.
Due to high pH hypo doesn't work properly.
So why we take at times Caustic (high pH) with hypo ???
In this solution, is hypo work properly ??
