I am on this stage of the process now. USCIS asked my lawyer 30 more days after the 60 days. We have it to them. Two days to expire the time, the lawyer from USCIS told mine that they haven’t moved the case and that needed 60 more days. My lawyer asked: “would it be warranty that in 60 days we will have an answer?” USCIS lawyer says “no”. So, we will leave this decision on the judges hands. The judge will decide if USCIS has to adjudicate the case or if we have to keep waiting whatever time USCIS take. Imagine with me being in this stage of the Mandemus process and you explaining exactly this. You’re very helpful, I always watch your videos. Greetings from California.
