Test run modernized rubber-mixing mill

This is a modernized, ultra-modern mixing mill 22” x 60” with state-of-the-art DEGUMA eta sync® drives (each roll is driven by an individually speed-variable motor). After installation at our customer‘s factory, this machine is operating autarkic. The raw material is fed to the right side of the mill, whereas the mastication and stripping processes happen on the left side, by the help of a movable middle wall. This is a fully automated process. An operator becomes almost obsolete.
