Sorry I missed you a PAXU! I was there Saturday. I enjoyed it so much! I felt like a kid in a candy shop! I kept myself in check, only buying Final Girl and Arnak expansion. Thanks for sharing your PAX experience. If y'all are a fan of The King is Dead I recommend playing Pax Pamir as a good step up on the world of games with multiple win conditions and area control manipulation.

~ Lately, I have been gaining interest into dinosaur park-themed games-recently acquiring the roll-and-writes Welcome To Dino World and Dinosaur Island: Rawr 'n Write, and wanting to try Tiny Epic Dinosaurs and Dinosaur Island. And of course Draftosaurus, after seeing how simple and quick and fun it is to play; can't argue with games that have Antoine Bauza's name on them. :)
~ I soooo much want Riverside. Hopefully can obtain a copy at the right price and time.
~ And kovray, yes! I discovered their channel when they did their month (of August) dedicated to everything roll-and-write, and them being r&w aficionados as well. Definitely do check out their channel! :D

Our family loves Rival Restaurants! It's so chaotic and fun! I've been begging them for a Filipino Restaurant and Filipino dishes 🙂 hoping there's a 2nd expansion soon!
Revisited this for Kompromat! I’m very interested in this game. Sounds similar in spirit to Air Land Sea, which I love, but different mechanics. Have you guys reviewed ALS?
My kids(6 and 10) love draftosaurus! I got it specifically because it was recommended (by Foster the Meeple) as a good one for kids, which I want to definitely get my kids involved and want to play more in depth games as well as opposed to candy land :D They both do very well with it, and I have to help my 6yr old just a bit here and there to remind him on a couple of the pens, but beyond that he knows exactly what to do, and already hate drafts my pieces just to spite me, LOL.
Doodle Dash sounds pretty fun! Is there an incentive for the guesser to get it right on the first (or second) try? Do they earn more points if they do? Or do they just ensure that fewer other players also earn points by not opening it up to the table?
Have you played Cold War: CIA vs KGB? It's also a spy-themed two player game with a blackjack mechanic that is a lot of fun. Fantasy Flight put out a couple different printings of it in the US, but I don't think it's been in print for a while, so I'm not sure how easy it is to track down. If you can find a copy for cheap I'd definitely recommend it.
At 28:33, did you mention another game? I couldn’t understand properly.
Also, RIVAL RESTAURANTS was my first Kickstarter during the original run. Got the deluxe version and bento box upgrade and I love it so much. Very good for new gamers. The expansion is also amazing. Really nice to have more variety, and the event cards are great!
